Chapter 5

I ran to the field to find a tree and put my back against it I just started non stop crying and I thought.
Do I love joey this much to actually be sobbing like crazy ugh.
I then felt like someone was watching me over my shoulders I looked over to see who it was and it was joey ugh the last person I wanna see right now.
"GO A-AWAY J-J-JOEY!" I said screaming and still sobbing at the same time he came up to me and sat down next to me and hugged me tight "don't cry please" he said "just please joey leave me alone" I said lightly crying now.
"why did u run out crying like that" he said worried "we'll talk about this later just ugh bye joey" I said while pushing him off me and running to the bathroom I cleaned up my tears and went to my next period.
Back at home*
I was in my room looking up at the ceiling still a little sad until I got a knock on my door "come in" I said sadly, the door opened and it was Charles he came up to me and sat down next to me "what's up you've been sad all day locked up in your room, wanna talk about it" after Charles said that I started crying all over again and I hugged him tight while he was rubbing his hand in circles on my back i got off him "yes please" I said sniffling "ok explain because I don't like seeing my little sis sad" he said I explained to him and he hugged me and a tear rolled down my cheek he released from the hug. "Isabella I think it's best if u call joey to come over to talk about the situation ok" he said "ok thanks Charles for helping i couldn't ask for a better brother" he walked out the room and I called joey and he answered his phone instantly.
              Call Convo
"Hi Joey"
                   "Hey whats up"
"Can u come over because I remembered we need to talk about what happened today"
               "Oh ugh yea ofc be over in a bit bye"
"Bye"
I ended the call and got up and decided to change into something comfortable bc I've been in the same clothes all day.
I wore some Nike sweats and a black croptop I fixed up my hair and took off my makeup and put on some chapstick.
I was on my phone and my door opened and it was Charles and joey Charles smiled at me and left.
joey closed the door and walked up to me and sat next to me held my hands and looked me in the eyes, his eyes were red and puffy and they were also bloodshot.
"joey ur cute little hazel eyes, have u been crying" I said worried and sad while caressing his cheek "I'm sorry please forgive me it's just I saw u with another guy at lunch and I got jealous so I told Karen to ki-" I cut him off by kissing his lips passionately and he kissed back and I felt sparks we pulled away from the kiss.
"I understand joey I forgive you, you didn't know ok" I said smiling "so we're good now" he said looking at me with his watery hazel eyes "yes joey" I hugged him and he hugged back "so about that kiss" joey said smirking "don't push it" I said giggling we talked for awhile and Charles came in the room "so is everything okay now" he said "yup" me and joey said "good well joey I'm gonna take Isabella to go get froyo bc I owe her from this morning for leaving her behind" he said "oh okay I'll go then" joey got up and I grabbed his arm and said "Charles can joey come please" I said with a whining voice "sure" Charles said smiling.
we got to the froyo shop I got cookie dough, Joey got classic vanilla and Charles got red velvet we payed and sat down at a booth and talked "Charles can I talk to u" "well be right back joey I said "ok" he said me and Charles went outside infront of the froyo shop and I said "Charles can joey stay over" I begged "no" he said "please Charles please" I said giving him the puppy dog eyes "ugh fine but nothing dirty between u too got it" he said snapping at me "ok thank you Charles" I said "yea, yea" we got inside to see a girl sitting next to joey and he looked uncomfortable.
"Isabella help me please" he said mouthing his words I smiled and went up to the girl and said "um excuse me but can u please leave" I said trying not to sound rude she turned around and gave me a dirty look "no thanks" she said with a sarcastic smile "get the fuck away from him" I said screaming lightly and giving her a death glare that point my blood was boiling she looked at me in shock and got up and left.
Joey and Charles looked at me shocked too and we left back home.
Joeys pov*
When we got home she went running to her room I looked at Charles "should probably go talk to her your gonna be here for the rest of the night anyways" I walked upstairs and went into her room while she was on her phone she looked at me and gave me a weak smile "hey joey" she said sadly "why so sad all of a sudden" I said confused "nothing it's just what happened at the froyo place I felt something when I screamed at that girl" she said looking down "hey, hey don't feel bad I liked what u did" I said caressing her cheek she smiled and gosh that smile of hers it's the best thing ever "it's just when I screamed at her I felt like mad like if it were jealousy" she said nervously "and what are u trying to say" I said looking at her "I'm not saying I do but maybe there's a 50% chance I like you" she said looking deep into my eyes "well there's also a 50% chance I like u back too" "and maybe we can figure that out if u accept going on a date with me the day after tomorrow" I said smirking and she giggled "I would love to jojo" she said kissing me cheek we got ready for bed and went to sleep and I put my arm around her waist and kissed forehead and said "goodnight cutie" "goodnight jojo" she said in a faint voice and we fell asleep.
