Your Eyes!?

Levi 's P.O.V

  It has been a few weeks since Eren slipped into a coma. He hasn't shown any sign of waking up. Which to honest I've haven't been staying with him.

       I haven't talked to nobody either. But what can I say I didn't protect Eren or my squad. It's my fault Eren is in a coma. Not only that Annie, Berdtholt and Reiner got away.

      They've just disappeared like that. Not a trace was left of them, it makes my blood boil. I sit at my desk filling out shitty paperwork. I sigh and continue to write.

      I hear loud shouting then a bang on my door. I walk over to the door and there lays Hanji on the floor. "Hanji explain to me why the hell are you on the ground?" I said growling.

      She laughs and grabs my wrist. "Let me go Four Eyes!" I yelled at her. She just laughed and drug me to where Eren was. I tried breaking her grasp but it didn't work.

        She pulled me into Eren's room where he was staying. "Before you go in Levi...Eren is a little different." Hanji said to me. I looked at confused. "You'll see what I mean." She said with a sigh.

        Before I knew it she opened the door. There was Eren awake and looking out the window. My eyes were wide with surprise. "E-Eren!?" I stuttered out. He turned to me and smiled.

       Then I noticed it, what Hanji was talking about. His eyes they weren't a ocean bluish green no more. Now they were a honey Brown with gold. "Hey..Corporal right?" He said.

        I felt my heart drop, I hung my head. I turned to walk out but I was engulfed into warm arms. "Levi...I've missed you. I'm sorry It's my fault...that...they are dead." Eren said with his head in my neck.

         I felt warm drops on my shoulder. He was crying. I engulfed him into a hug. He cried in my arms. I felt so much guilt. If I had stayed there he wouldn't have gotten hurt.

      Nor would my squad still be here. It's my fault not his, and yet he blames himself. I sigh and Eren lets go. He looks me in the eyes. I open my mouth to speak But Eren beat me to it.

    "I-it's okay to blame me Levi. I shouldn't have transformed." Eren said backing away. I reached out to him but drew my hand back. I heard the door slam and he was gone.

Eren's P.O.V.

    After I had woken up it felt different. Then I remembered, the squad. They all died because of me. I heard the door open and the sound of something dropping.

      I looked over and saw that Hanji had dropped her clip board. "E-Eren you're awake!" She exclaimed. I didn't move nor talk. She looked me in the eyes and gasped. "What happened to your eyes?" She asked.

      I just sat there and she checked everything out. When she left I got up slowly. I walked over to the window and looked out. Everyone and everything seemed so sad.

      I heard a familiar voice Levi approach the door. "Let me go Four Eyes!" I heard Levi say angrily. Next it got quiet and I barely heard what Hanji said. The door opened revealing Levi and Hanji.

       I turned and to him and smiled. Even though it was fake I still smiled. His eyes were wide with surprise. "E-Eren?!" He spoke and I nodded. "Hey... Corporal...right?" I spoke with caution. I didn't know if he was angry with me.

      I saw him drop his head and turn to leave. I quickly wrap my arms around him. I cried in His arms as he held me. I told it's okay to blame me. But when I backed away to look at him. He had the look of hurt and disgust.
 
      I saw him reach his hand out but pulled back quickly. I ran out the door bumping into Armin and Mikasa. They called for me to come back but I kept running. I didn't stop,not once I kept running.

       I quickly grabbed my gear and zipped through the trees. I sit down on a branch deep in the forest. I cried, letting my tears flow like a river. I heard a twig snap.

       I quickly looked behind me, and just my luck it was Annie and Reiner. They both walked over to me. "Stay away!" I say with venom. They laugh. "Oh poor Eren. Just surrender come with us." Annie said smirking.

      I growled in response. I quickly readied my gear and zipped off. My cape flowing behind me. They followed behind me closing in from behind.

         I quickly let the line drop then if sling myself backwards. I pass the two and they stop. I felt something or someone hit the back of my head. Everything went black the last thing I heard was good job Berdtholt.
