MIA'S POV
We walked to the office in complete silence.
I felt a weird tension as we walked.When we finally reached the office my jaw dropped in shock. I couldn't believe my eyes. I couldn't believe who it was. A sudden rage built up inside of me.As he spoke every word felt like needle stabbing me.
I slid back and hid behind the door of the entrance going on my knees. Dylan gave me a weird look."What?"He said. I told him to shush and pulled his arm moving his body on the other side of me. "I need to ask you a favor" I said in a low voice. He tilted his head slightly then said "Fine but you owe me,Whats the favor?". " I need you to distract that person out of the office." "Why?" was his immediate reply. "Just do it,I'll explain it later" I said with an annoyed look."Ugh ok"He said. He looked annoyed and curious. He went inside the office. I couldn't hear anything but mumbles. It soon grew quiet. My heart was racing. Why? Out of all the people? A few moments later I saw a shadow looming over me. I slowly looked up to see a man dressed in a suit. He appeared as if he worked here. When I looked closer I noticed the gold name tag attached to his suit. It read "Dean,Mr.Luis." He had a stern look and said "Is there a problem Miss?" his voice was hard.
"Oh hello there just lost my earrings."I said in a soft whisper."I can't hear you,can you repeat that miss. A little louder this time." "I said I lost my necklace and I was looking for it." I didn't realize I was talking loudly before people started look at me. My face immediately turned red. "No need to get an attitude and your wearing your necklace." He looked annoyed. "Oh um...I mean my u--" I stuttered until I was cut off by a voice."She means she lost her earrings. I'm so sorry for her behavior Sir." I turned around to see Dylan and HIM.I looked Dylan in the eye and gave him an I'm gonna kill you look.
