¨GET HER!¨ Screamed one of the villagers as he ran down the dirt path between the houses. ¨DON'T LET HER GET AWAY!¨ Screamed another as she stood in the doorway to her house. ¨GET THE CHILDREN INSIDE, KEEP THEM AWAY! Yelled one of the villagers as he chased the witch up the hill at the end of the path. The witch Maurelle tripped on a rock and went falling to the ground her book went flying through the air and landing in a hole by the ash tree at the top of the hill. The villagers put a rope around her neck and hung her right there of of the ash tree. The villagers, to frightened to touch her book had the blacksmith make a old wooden door to put over the hole. After they put the door on they had the children put mud, dirt, leaves, branches, and other stuff to help the door blend in to the ground. After that they had the blacksmiths apprentice nail it to the ground so that no one can ever get it. A couple of days later the townspeople put up a fence around the tree and book so that no one would ever be able to use the book or bring the witch back from her grave.
