Another curled up beside you, the blurring noise and a moving low light. 40 minutes of wait, heart throbbing, hands shaking. 20 half glances. 30 seconds of eye contact and youre off. Inch by inch the faces chip at one another. 15 seconds and fall. And fall. This isnt the last time but you barely make it on target. Collide with the sky or death below. This time the weight, the wait is far bigger. But it relapses. You have made it.
