The First Day

I awake to screaming, as always.

I get up and brush my hair. I dress in a white tank top and blue and black plaid shirt. I put on a pair of ripped jeans and top it off with a white beanie and a silver airplane necklace. I then brush my teeth since i'm not much of a breakfast person, and went downstairs.

Liam was waiting for me with my backpack and we turned and left out the front door, leaving our parents to their stupid argument.

Liam and I walked to school because its only two streets away.

We were in a deep and serious conversation about the muffin man when we reached the school. Liam opened the front door and I groaned, following in behind him and into the office. I didn't care what the principal said, I just sat there and nodded. Then when I was handed some paper, I looked at it. It was my schedule.

The principal went on and on about the rules of the school and all the shit I don't care about and I just tuned out and nodded occasionally, a trick that seemed to always work. Finally we were dismissed and I went to my locker.

Everyone else seemed to be out of the halls so I'm guessing first period has already started. I took my sweet time unloading my books into my locker.

I don't feel like going to first class, which happened to be math, oh great, my worst subject and I get to enjoy every day by learning it first thing!

Liam went down a different hallway because he's in a different grade so I have no idea what he was doing. I finished putting stuff in my locker.

So, I sat down in the hallway and looked over my schedule. next I had biology, then Latin, next gym (I'm terrible at sports, make that physical activity as a whole!) fourth, I'd have reading and then geography before lunch. Then afterwards I'd have art, music and lastly French.

I decided to organize my locker to buy me some time. It worked, by time I had put the last book up, the bell rang signaling for first period to be dismissed.

I then closed my locker, made sure I had all I needed for biology and started off to find the room. Nothing happened all day.

Just tons of boring lectures that I've already learned back in Ohio. So I tuned them out, surprising the teachers with the correct answers when they called on me for not listening. During lunch I had sat by Liam.

At least one of us found some friends! By one of us, I mean him. It's been half a day, half a day and Liam already has three friends and I dont go nobody but myself.

I haven't even talked to a single person cause I am unapproachable.

Liam's friends introduced themselves as Andy, Niall, and Harry. They all greeted me by saying hello in their adorable British accents. The curly- haired one, Harry gave me a wink. He was cute, but not my type.

My best friend, Alice would just adore him though! Oh I wish she was here. I sat through lunch quietly. Liam forgot I was there and so did his friends.

It was finally time to go home.

I had marker all over my hands from art and my throat hurt from singing, as I tried to catch up to everyone else in music.

French was a free day today and all we did was watch a French film.

I walked home Alone because Liam was once again busy with his new friends .

As soon as I got home I collapsed on my bed, I was tired from walking home and from the mile I had to run in gym, outside.

I was in jeans, too! I went and took a hot shower, which relaxed me a bit, then curled up into a ball on my bed, taking a nap.
