Chapter 4

*Carter's POV*

After the thing that happened with me and Matt, he dragged Emily out of class with Gigi and Cameron following behind. I just sit there with everybody staring at me. I put my head down as someone comes and sits by me.

"Hey I didn't know you liked Emily." I could tell by the voice it was Nash. I look up and give him a death glare. He puts his hands up in defense. Gigi and Cameron finally come back and sit in the desk two rows before us. Before Gigi sits down she gives me a death glare and then turns her attention back to Cameron.

"Dang she does not like you, but she likes me." Nash says looking over at me."Me and her are like best friends, soon to be my girlfriend. I just have to get Cam out of the picture." Nash says. He never sounded so serious. He had a crush on Gigi ever since middle school. I was the only one who knew. But they didn't get together because Cam asked her first. I laugh at how dumb he sounds right now. Gigi is never going to get with Nash like that, not when she has Cameron.

"I'm going to go talk to her." Nash says standing up. I give him thumbs up and watch as he goes over to them. He hugs her behind and she hugs back. He gives Cameron a high five and sits down in front of their desk. They talk and laugh until the teacher finally comes in. Nash gives Gigi a hug and then comes and sits next to me.

"You fucking flirt." I say laughing.

"What?" Nash says smiling. I look at him and smile. He can be a flirt when he wants to.

"I saw you over flirting with her. Making her laugh and stuff." I say bump him with my shoulder. He starts to blush and I pock his cheek.

"Is Nash blushing?" I ask. He blushes even harder.

"Oh, shut up." He say.

"Ok let's get started." The teacher say. Everybody takes out their notebooks and opens it. I lean over towards Nash and look at what he opened it to. It was the project we had to work on with our desk partners. I never did mine cause of what happened with Matt and Emily. I take my notebook out and write a paragraph when my teacher comes over to us.

"Put it way Mr. Reynolds." The teacher says to me as she collects Nash's project. I sigh and close my notebook and put it back in my bag. She walks around the whole class collecting their papers. I just sit there when I hear a scream. Everybody hears it to and so does the teacher. We hear again and it sound like Emily. I get up and run out of class to see what is going on. Gigi gets up and Cam follows. I run out to see Emily getting dragged by her father and her mother following behind them.

"Gigi help me!" Emily yells as soon as she see us. I start to get scared and ran after her but get held back by Nash. We see Matt run pass us and I get out of Nash's grip and run behind Matt. Gigi and Cam run behind us as we try to catch up to them. As we run outside I see we are to late.

"EMILY!" Gigi yells running after the car. We were all running behind the car but we got stopped by the school police.

"EMILY!" Matt yells

"EMILY!" Me and Cam yell at the same time.

All of a sudden Gigi pushes past the school police and starts running after the car. "EMILY IM COMING" she yelled towards the car.

Cameron shoves past the guards and runs after Gigi. He grabs her from behind to stop her from running.

"Theres nothing we can do" Cam calmly says to Gigi. Tears stream down her face.

Gigi starts kicking and screaming. "LET GO OF ME" she screamed at the top of her lungs.

"Baby calm down" Cam said. Soon the car disappeared from sight. But Gigi kept struggling. After a while she stopped and Cam let go of her. She turned around and hugged him, burying her face into his chest and sobbing. He hugged her tight and kissed her head. "Shhh, its gonna be okay." he said trying to calm her down.
