Santos pov

today is the day Nat Graduates from college Patrick Emily are here wit me. Nats parents drove out here and my parents are here. as usual they were calling the names. "Michael Gerett, Alisha Williams, Keth Parker, Natalie Smith" she walked up the stage grabbing certificate and shakin her perfessor and other teacher. we stood up and cheered for her. she looked at us smiling when her eyes locked on mine i mouthed 'i love you' givin her a thumbs up. she walked off stage mouthin it back and sat down and so did we. they called other names and stuff. "Congrats 2018!"  they flipped off their hats as the crowd cheered.

we were at our house now havin an party for Nat. it was packed in the backyard and in the house. Pat and Em helped me cook earlier and im glad we made a lot. we had Nats and Mine Family and Friends here. the music was loud and everybody was dancin havin a good time. its was around 6 i grabbed Natalies hand and walked her to the middle. i got on one knee. all u heard was gasps as everybody looked at us. i was nervous. "Natalie i love you with all my heart and i wouldnt trade u for the world.....ur my first love and i hope my last i wanna grow old together and die in eachother arms ur my world and always will be in my heart" i pulled out the box "but wat im tryin to say is.....will u marry me?" before she can say anything or show a sign somebody spoke "im srry for the interupption but u can not marry her" i heard that annoyin ass voice. i got up and turned to Andre "and why is that?" i asked. "because i was goin to propose also" she said wit a smirk. i was about to say something until i saw Andre on the ground holdin her nose. i looked at Emily and she just smiled. i turned back to Nat waitin for her answer when she nodded yes tears runnin down her face. i slid the ring on and hugged her plantin a kiss on her lips but no cheering. i pulled away from the kiss and saw fear in Nats eyes. i turned around to see Andre pointin a gun at me. i backed up movin Nat out of the way to her family. i hit the wall. "why are u doing this?" i asked. "for my love towards Natalie if ur dead then i can have her with no problem" she said. i looked around for a weapon but couldnt find one. my eyes stopped on a bat by the front door which i was 4 feet away from. i started walkin towards it until she spoke. "i wouldnt do that if i was u" she said makin me stop. i ran towards her tacklin her to the floor. all i heard was screams mostly Nats. the gun flew out her hand. i pinned her onto the floor. we start rolling around throwin punches. i saw we were close to the gun. i picked it up standin while i pointed it at her. she stood holdin her hands in the air. the front door busted open. "FREEZE!" it was the cops i dropped the gun holdin up my hands. i looked at Andre and she had a smirk. i felt my hands being pulled behind my back and hand cuffs. i looked at Nat to see her tryin to run towards me but they were holdin her back. "wait!" i heard i looked to see Patrick "im the one who called she didnt do anything it was that one" i said pointin to Andre. they uncuffed me and took Andre. Nat ran over huggin me. "i thought u were goin to leave me" she said sobbin. "i wasnt plus we have a wedding to plan" said. Patrick patted my back i gave him a nod that i was ok. Em came and gave us a hug sayin congrats. i went into the kitchen makin a plate. ma walked in "congrats baby" she said kissin my cheek "thanks ma" i smiled. "so when im goin to have some grand babys you know im gettin old" she said. i chuckled "ma u only 49 thats not old plus me and Nat already talked about it" i said. "wat she say?" ma said cheesin "she wants to have kids to but i want a boy and she want a girl" i said ma nodded. i walked to Nat sittin down in the chair as she sat on my lap. she grabbed a chicken off the plate. "so when do u want the weddin?" i asked she leaned back layin on me "our fifth aniversery" she asnwered smiled. "so thats in 6 months" i said she nodded. we talked more about the wedding we didnt know the time and people were leavin. when it was 3 am everybody was gone. me and Nat put the food up and cleaned up. when we got into the room i stripped and jumped in bed. Nat climbed ontop of me layin down on me. she kissed my neck "i love you boo bear" she whispered "love you too sweetness"
