2: Insightful Therapy

Miles P.O.V.

Now I'm in my second last class, finally, which was French II. My closest friend Venessa was in there with me and I really needed to talk to her. She was one of the only friends I could trust fully with almost anything and someone I could ask for advice when I needed it.

Venessa: "Hey Tails" she announced as she came in.

Some people call me Tails btw since the whole school pretty much knows I'm a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan. ;)

Miles: "Hey Nessa"

Venessa: "How you doin?"

Miles: "Not so good...I need some advice" I say while laying on her trying to get comfortable.

Venessa: "What is it?"

Miles: "Well I'm kinda confused and don't know what to do right now..like you know I have a girlfriend right.." I start to talk more quietly now. "..but I'm still in love with my ex...and now I'm starting to like another girl too you see?"

After waiting for a response I look up at her to see that she is looking at me in an odd way. I was aware my situation was weird so I didn't blame her.

Venessa: "What's wrong with you Tails why would you feel that way?!"

Miles: "Cause-"

Venessa: "Don't contradict yourself. I thought you said you were going to be completely faithful to whoever you were dating no matter what and now your going to cheat? You are just like your ex!"

My heart stopped when I heard that. I started to get up from her chest and think about what she said then think about what "she" did.

Miles: "No..im nothing like her..would never cheat or betray anyone like that!"

Venessa: "Exactly Miles, your a nice and faithful person so this shouldn't be an issue for you."

I think I knew what she meant, that I should stay with my girlfriend and not go behind her back..but I never even dreamed of doing that. I made a vow to myself a long time ago that I would stay faithful and true to whoever I was dating no matter what..this was even before my ex.

Miles: "Thanks Nessa" I said then smiled.

She smile back, gave me a hug and said "Any time Tails"

Venessa P.O.V.

Venessa: "Tell me if you have anymore problems alright?"

Miles: "Hehe don't worry I will"

After he and I were done with that topic for today I went ahead and turned to do my work. Pretty easy since I know this language like the back of my hand. Hmm I'm worried though..will he choose to the right girl..will he make the right decisions? He also needs to know that it's not just about faithfulness..love and trust seriously needs to come into play too. I really hope the best for him.
