After 10 years.

"Good morning, passengers. We have now safely arrived in the Philippines...." that was what wokeLily up.

Home sweet home, she thought.

She had just arrived from Hong Kong. Even though, she can send a representative to finalize the contract. She wanted to personally do it herself. It was another franchise of Lily's Sweets.

Lily's Sweets has grown bigger than they had ever imagined. There were already branches in other Asian countries.

Since she graduated Business Management that was what she wanted. She took over her mom tolet her mom have some rest. She did all that she can so that she could prove to her mom that her taking over was really a good idea. Also she did it to let her dad see that without him she and her mom were alright.

She won't deny that a little grief was still there in her heart. Still lurking, but she could already face her father when the right time comes. But the question is, when?

So here she is. At the age of 26, became one of the respected entrepreneurs in the Philippines.

Lily's back was aching and she really missed her mom.

Her cellular phone was left in her house since the day she left for Hong Kong and that was 5 days ago. After that she was really irritated for not having even enough time to spare to be able to contact her.

After she got home, she immediately went to her room and got her cellular phone.

She saw a lot of calls but clicked cancel without minding who called.

Lily dialed her mom's number.

"Mom, good morning! I ..."

Father's Day

Lily had just vacated the elevator and headed for the entrance door because she decided that she would be visiting her mom in Baguio and take some vacation for herself when the receptionist called out for her.

"Ma'am, a visitor is waiting for you. He's in the lobby." She said.

"Did he leave a name?"

"No, ma'am, he just told me to tell you that he is your brother."

"My brother?" she was puzzled.

"Yes, ma'am, he said he had to say something very important that even though I told him that you might have no time to see him. He says he is willing to wait until you see him." She added.

"But I don't have a brother." Lily was wondering and she pondered.

"Will I tell him that you'll not see him, ma'am?" she picked up the phone near her and was about to dial when she stopped her.

"Wait, I'll see him. Is he in the lobby?"

"Yes, ma'am" she said.

"Okay, thank you." She headed towards the lobby.

The man in the lobby was sitting, back towards her. When he felt her presence he stood up.

What faces her was the exact replica of her father. She wanted to cry. After so many years, she wasn't expecting to see this face here to see only a replica of him here.

If his father wanted to see her then he should have come directly. But why send someone? Confusion rose from her heart.

"Hi, I'm Dave. I'm your younger brother, it seems this is not a reunion we had in mind but I can't talk right now. What is important is that I can now bring you to him." He had a serious face. "Where is Mrs. Allia?"
