*NASH'S POV*
I ran onto the field with my stick in my right hand and my mouthguard in the other. My team was huddled over my the goal so I went over to them.
"Nash and Evan are captains. Evan you have pennies, choose first." Coach Jason yelled to the team. Me and Evan chose our teams and I was pretty satisfied with my group although I chose blindly with the new guys on our team. As soon as we get our line-up set up, coach throws in the ball and its game on from there. As we play I think about Emily, I start to wonder as to why she spent the night on the playground.. I look over to her and shes on the phone speaking with someone but im not sure as to who. All I know is that she said the name Veronica, and if you don't know.. Veronica is my cousin and Im staying in the southern part of Florida with her for a year to see how I like it here. And so far im loving it.
The ball whizzes past my ear and im snapped out of my day dream and put back into game mode. I snatch the ball from Evan and head up the left side of the field searching for an open man. As i approach the goal I see noone free so I make a quick dash to the right then retaliate back to the left. With noone guarding me I quickly swipe my stick and the ball rushes into the goal. Cheers from everyone on my team surrounded me and I smiled. Evan walked past me and muttered a "nice shot." as i walled off the field. Shortly after i am greeted by a happy Emily.
"OhMyGosh.. That Was AWESOME!" she said pulling me into a hug. I smiled into her neck.
"Hahaha, thank you Em. It means alot" i responded and pulled away. I felt bad because i was dripping in sweat but she didnt seem to mind.
"Hey.. by any chance do you know where Veronica young lives?" She asks alittle shaky.

*EMILY'S POV*
"Hey.. by any chance do you know where Veronica young lives?" I asked Nash, sounding more nervous than i should.
"Actually I do, just follow me." He responded.
