I think that today will be a bit akward, but maybe interesting. Let's just hope that I don't get fired for teasing him that bad *insert laughing emoji*
Getting up, getting dressed, eating and all of that was like usual. Today, I felt very professional for once in my life. Taking the subway to work was okay, for the most part. Putting aside that I got gropped by the ass by an old man, though I punched him in the jaw, he still pretended to act clueless. Good thing a kind man helped me out today. (BTW this story is going to be full on Chanbaek and no one is going to interfere.. i hope)
Arriving at the big ass office, I step into the lobby. I walked up to the woman at the reception (dk what to call it.)
"Hello mam', can you please tell me Park's office?" i asked in a kind manner.
"Ah, you must be the new worker! Yes, it's on the 30th floor. May I say that you are very attractive ;)" damn, people are daring these days.
"Thank you!" i smiled sweetly, walking away, I felt her staring at me. I admit she was cute, but wa-la! I'm as straight as Kyungsoo's eyes. Kyungsoo is my best friend. We have known each other for so long. I heard he has a crush on a boy named Jongin. Would be funny if I worked with them.
Arriving on the 30th floor, I see many workers along with Channie- oops I mean Mr.Park checking on them.
"Hello, Mr.Park. I hope you enjoyed your night yesterday!" I said.
"Ah, Mr.Byun. I'll have you know that my night wasn't as fun as others would imagine." he replied while smiling. What a fake smile.
"That's great!"
"BAEKIE!?" i heard someone yell out of no where.
I turn around to see..Kyungsoo!?
"Kyungie? What are you doing here?" jeez, now all I need is Jongin in here.
"I've been working here since 2 weeks ago. What about you?"
"Um, I just joined yesterday."
"hey, is Jongin here by chance?" i leaned in and whispered in his ear.
His face flushed so red, hilarious!
"H-How did you know?" he asked.
"Guessed." i replied plainly.
"Uh, you two know each other?" Chanyeol stepped in.
"Ah yes. You see Mr.Park, I've known my baby penguin since pre-school. What a coincidence!" obviously, he was jealous.
"Well, I got to go Kyung. See you later! Mr.Park, I suppose we have to talk. Am I correct?"
"Yes. How smart. Follow me." He said walking away.
In the office, again. 'Time to be daring..'
"Um, Mr.Park?" I start off.
"Yes, Mr.Byun?"
"Where will I be working? Maybe, Kyungie? I mean, I don't know the basics of the job.." I asked innocently.
"No way. You will be getting help from Jongin. Mr.Byun, I'm afraid that because of the deal, you won't be able to talk to Mr.Do." A stern reply? He is very serious.
"Are you jealous, Channie?" 'innocence, innocence is the key.'
"Kyungie likes the so called 'Jongin' so you have nothing to worry about." a smile is all it took.. to get to this position..
