Reality Check

Tris POV:

Uriah, Christina, and I throw paper at each other in homeroom. We laugh the whole time, while Zeke and Tobias talk. 

The bell rings.

"Ew. Trigonometry. It sounds gross." I say.

When we get there. Mrs. Jeffrey drones on and on about side and shapes of planes and the calculations based on them. 

The bell rings.

"Thank the God." Christina yells and I laugh.

We walk to the Chemistry room. 

"Hello class. I am Mrs. Matthew. You all with have assigned seats." She pauses and begins again. "Tris, Uriah, Christina, Four...." (And so forth.)

It's the end of the day. I walk to the front of the school with Christina to meet up with Four. I see him with a tall blond girl and they talk for a while and then she hands her a piece of paper. We walk over to him.

"Hey Tobias. Who was that?" I ask.

"I've got a date." He says smiling. I frown ut quickly put on a fake smile.

"That's good. When?" Christina asks.

"Tonight."

"Tobias, that's our--" He cuts me off.

"Tris. I have a date. I can't go to that stupid lake."

"Oh well. Go on your date and we will go to our stupid lake." I say angrily.

Christina and I walk off.

"I thought that was our annual thing." Christina says.

"Tobias doesn't feel the same way." I say.

My vibrates mutiple times and I don't answer. I know it's Tobias.

"Let me go change. Meet me at my front door in ten." I say.

I run into my room and change into my Sons Of Anarchy Reaper Gray Swimsuit Bikini. I put a Violet belted Maxi Skirt River island and a Twisted Bust Tube Top over it.

I fix two peanut butter sandwiches, potato chips, and some chocolate chip cookies and put it in a basket. I know it seems childish but this was our way of keeping our inner children. 

I walk back outside and Christina is already there.

We have a little spot in the woods near the lake and we go there every first of the day of the new school year after school.

We run to the lake.

"She's not as beautiful as you." Christina says.

She is talking about the girl Tobias is on a date with.

"Thanks. Let's eat and then get in the lake?" I ask.

We take of our clothes, revealing our swimsuits and jump into the lake.

We swim for a while then make smores and leave. I have fun everytime.

As we walk back, we see Tobias walking to his house. He looks at us apologetically but we return a cold stare and walk away.

Tobias POV:

Perfect. Just Perfect. Now my best friends are mad at me. I shouldn't have said that. God, I am so dumb. Lauren isn't my type. She is not as beautiful as Tris....Wait what?

Did I just call my best friend beautiful?

She is, right?

Right.

I think I am in love with Tris.

Well, she isn't gonna like me now. I blew the annual lake night for some girl I don't even know that well. And she sure is an airhead. 

I have meet pieces of cheese smarter than her.

She talks about herself all the time, has no feelings, and has a slutty personality.

I need to think of a way to get my Tris and Christina back because I really missed a special night. I love it. The lake is not stupid, it is really fun.

I need them back.

Seriously.
