For the next couple of days, I avoid anyone and anything I can. I don't want to do anything except do my school work, go home and sob into my pillow. This will be my life now.
As I was walking down the hall to my last class, I spot Dariella standing by the door of my class. I sigh, and attempt to slip by without her noticing. Slim chance.
"Mike." She planted her hand on my chest, and looked at me, her eyes doing the talking for her.
"I don't wanna talk about it. I just wanna go to class." I pushed her arm off of me and I walked into class. It might have not been the smartest thing I've done, but it was the only thing I could do to prevent breaking down in front of everyone. From there, I decided to sit in the back of the class, and focus on my work instead of Dariella.

The day was finally over, and I planned to rush home, hoping to avoid everyone.
As soon as I burst outside, I ran into someone, the moment going by so fast, I couldn't tell who I hit. I got up quickly, and put a hand out to whoever I ran into. In looked down at the person, and all I could do was sigh.
I helped Dariella up, and took a step to walk away. She grabbed my arm, stopping me from leaving. "Mark, don't do this. Please, I just wanna talk about what happened!" I ripped my arm from her grip.
"Well I don't wanna talk about it. So just leave me alone because you aren't gonna get anything out of me." I hurried away, holding back tears.
I got home after a fairly short walk, and I walked upstairs into my room. I opened my curtain to let some light in, and I flopped down on my bed, sobbing into my pillow. I sat up, put my pillow against the window, and I leaned on it, not caring whether I might fall out. It was just comfortable.
