"Look guys, the three of us all knew that this would happen one day or another. People don't last long here, in this arena, we have to get out." We had talked about this before and we were serous about so why are they so disapproving right now.

"Yeah, I guess we just never thought this would happen." Dashawn said,I couldn't tell what he meant.

"Lila, we're gonna have to take your mom up to the old Capitol. What was it Austin, Dallas? I can't remember what it was called. But that 287 now." This arena is known as 28 since it was the 28 state to enter the U.S. And each city is the state number then that city's number.

"Well I mean if we wait any longer it will be us needing to go there. It will be us the ones that only move to eat, and when they do move it only there mouth, it will be us, that don't say any word in 3 years, it will be us!" I then understood how loud I was talking. I was yelling, Dashawn's eyes where wide, Molly looked like i had just violently murdered someone in front of her. "Sorry," I mumble. I always feel bad when I do that, but I can't handle it sometimes I just lose it because I'm upset at my mom for going crazy. I know it's not her fault, I should really be mad at my sister she was 15 she should have known better, she shouldn't have gone outside, and just to find the cat. How idiotic of her.

"So..." Dashawn was always one to try and get out minds of stuff, "about going to the forbids..."

"Dashawn," Molly whisper yelled, "keep your voice down,if someone hears you we'll be in grave!"

"Oh come on Molly do you really think someone can hear us, all the way out here?" Dashawn said, a loudly on purpose.

"She's right," I added in a way calmer voice then just two minutes ago, "we can never be to sure."

Before we new it, it was 6:30. "Crap!" Dashawn yelled. "Guys! It's six thirty! Come on!"

"Let's all stay at my house tonight, it's the closest, we won't have to worry about all of us getting home." We all lived really close, quarter mile apart each, I live a mile away from out spot, then Molly quarter mile away from me, Dashawn half a mile. They well enough I did t think they couldn't get home, of course they could. We had to talk about our plan, start packing, prepare to never see my mom again. I could tell it would be hard for me, but Molly and Dashawn were already in that position, so I could do it.

In an hour we where at my house, the three of us sprawled out on the big couch upstairs, we didn't mind sleeping with a boy, in fact he slept in between us. I was one of the lucky ones during the shut down. Got to keep my house, all my clothes, all my furniture. Yes, I did have to sell a lot of things, but all my main things I still have. No phone, T.V, or video games. That was hard for me, but I'm used to it now.

Dashawn was the first to speak, "do we have to figure everything out now? Can't we wait for tomorrow?"

Molly didn't say anything so I guess I had to, "I know your tired, I am too. Let's just throw around some ideas about it until we fall asleep, anyways we need the rest." Molly was the first to pass out, then Dashawn, finally the room darkened around me and I let the night take over me.
