I went down to see if I had any mail but instead saw a baby in a carrier sitting in front of the apartment mailboxes. I didn't know who she belonged to but she was screaming and crying. I walked over and unbuckled her seatbelt and picked her up.
That's when I found the note on the diaperbag.She was born Ashlynn Marie,January 8, 2014. She didn't have a home. She needed me.
