Dean's POV
God, how could I be so bloody stupid? I thought Seamus liked me.
I crawled into bed, not bothering to get into my pyjamas. I covered my head with my pillow, but I wasn't tired. Of course I wasn't tired. Going to sleep would be the only possible thing that could get Sea out of my mind, so obviously my brain won't let me do that.
I laid there for a while, but I couldn't control my anger and disappointment any longer. I punched my pillow over and over again, eventually throwing it to the ground. I stomped on it some more, before throwing it on the ground. I stood there for a moment, then sinking on to my bed, weeping. I cried uncontrollably, releasing all my anger. Then I heard someone coming up the steps. I quickly buried my face into my pillow, not wanting anyone to see me like this.
"Dean?" I heard an unmistakable Irish accent call my name. I didn't answer, he was the last person I wanted to see right now. "Why is your pillow all the way over here?"
I looked up. "Um...I didn't want to sleep with it." I replied, trying to make my lie sound believable.
"But you always sleep with two pillows. You need extra comfort for you head." Merlin, why did Seamus have to know me so well?
"Well, I wanted to try something different!" I said, probably coming off angry. I rolled back over onto my pillow.
"Are you sure, but you alw-"
"Stop trying to tell me what to do! Just leave me alone!" I yelled at him.
"Ok, fine, I'll go. See? This is me leaving you alone because you're mad at me for no reason." He was obviously mad and confused. Great. Now had I not only lost my chance with him, but I may have lost all of him.
"Seamus, wait."
"Oh, so now you want me to stay? Merlin, make up your mind Thomas."
"Please, Sea."
"Fine, I forgive you. Should I ask why you're upset?" His beautiful eyes stared into mine.
"No, don't bother." I laughed. I took out my sketchbook. I use it to calm me down whenever I'm angry.
"Do you mind if I watch you draw?" Seamus asked. "It's very satisfying to me."
"Sure," I told him. He moved closer. I felt little golden snitches flutter around in my stomach. I started to draw a picture of us.
"It's amazing!" Seamus complimented me on my drawing, once I was done. "Goodnight," he said, while climbing into his own bed.
"Don't let the bedbugs bite." With that, I drifted off to sleep.
