I don't have the keys
To get in my house.
Will someone please offer their aid?
It's raining a lot
And it's gettin' in my socks.
I will get quite soaked, I'm afraid.
My cousins don't come
'Till two-thirty-ish.
Or was it three? I don't recall...
My phone's out of juice,
So God, please let them loose
From school, please let them leave those walls.
The wind is now shaking
Rain droplets from trees.
Looks like I'll be wet once again.
My uncle's not home,
So I'm here all alone.
Looks like I'll need help from a friend.
My cousins have come!
But they don't have the keys.
Looks like we're trapped out of the house.
They're looking around
For another way in.
Oh dear Lord God, please take me now.
They seem to be trying
To break into home.
I don't think that that's a good plan...
I think there's a guy
Watching us from afar.
He thinks that we're robbing, aww man...
The door is now open!
Wait, when did that happen?
My cousins grin wide, they're insane...
They've broken the window,
But I'm finally in so
I guess I'm not gonna complain.

Posted: June 6, 2017Author Notes: This was actually written while I was locked out of the house to the tune of a song I probably heard somewhere but I forgot the name of it. My cousins actually didn't have the keys either, so they literally broke thought the window. I wish I were kidding but I'm not. Might do a sequel to this if I'm locked out of the house again. Who knows.
