•Glaring at someone

•Sad Face

Currently wiping off tears

And they ask if

"Are you okay?"

even though you're clearly not.

Don't ask that question to somebody if ever she/he does one of the actions above. Simply say "I know you have a problem. Tell me. It's a safe space."

For those who does the actions above and someone approaches you and tells you

"It's a safe space"

Make sure you can truly trust them. If you don't trust them simply say

"Nope. It's okay. I don't want to involve others"

But remember to be happy even though you're not.
