Chapter 1

Hey guys! So here's the update I promised you guys!

Brenda's P.O. V.

I had got to an apartment I got for myself. I can't let anything happen to my family. Gosh why must I be a complete idiot?! Oh well I know nothing will happen to them if I'm gone. Anyways its Saturday and I have to sign into go to school. I dialled the number and about 45 minutes later I was now a student at the Dallas High School. They said they would have one of their students show me around. I think they said his name was Hunter? Anyways I start school Monday. And now I have to look for a job. So I went out and started looking for a job. The first thing I saw was a pizza place hiring. So I went in to apply for the job.

Later after the interview they accepted me and now I start working there next Friday. I sighed OK now since I have all of that taken care of I should at least get something to eat here. I ordered my pizza, set it down on a table, and went to get my drink.

I got my Dr. Pepper and turned around to have a seat.

Just as I turned around, I bumped into someone spilling my soda all over them.

"Oh my God I'm sorry!" I put my drink down and grabbed some napkins. I started drying up his shirt. I looked at his shirt it had MCR on it. Omg I love them!

"Here." I kinda dried up his shirt. "Sorry about that." I looked up at his eyes. His eyes were amazing. A beautiful blue color. He also had eyeliner. I've never really seen many guys that can pull it off but on him, it worked! He smiled at me. Oh gosh. His smile!

"Hey its fine. I should've moved out of the way." His smile is beautiful.

"No I wasn't looking." I replied. I was trying so hard not to freak him out by doing anything weird.

"Haha OK so we can either keep arguing on who's fault it is, or we can sit down and talk a little. Whichever you want." He smirked.

"Um alright."I wasn't sure if this would be the best thing, but I at least need to know one person here. He escorted me to get my pizza, then we went to go sit at his table where his pizza was.

We both sat down and started eating. "So what's your name?" He asked breaking the silence.

"Oh yeah haha my names Brenda. And yours?"

"Brenda. Nice I like that name! And my name is Dalton." He smiled again. Oh gosh his smile is adorable!

"Thanks I like your name too." I smirked.

"So how come I've never seen you around?" He asked. Shit. Should I tell him the truth? No I can't.

"Umm well me and my family moved here." I replied not making eye contact with him. 

"Oh that's nice. So what school you gonna go to?" He asks a lot of questions ha but oh well he seems really nice.

I took a sip of my drink. "I'm going to Dallas High School. And you?"

He replied, " Oh my gosh I go to that school!

"Wow. Yay!" I cheered. Good I know someone that goes to my school. That's all I'll need. I'm used to it anyways. I never really had many friends then so I don't need too many now.

Then my phone rang. (Btw I got one while I ran away. I threw away my old one and got a new number.)
