Just Another Girl

Facing the mirror in front of her,
Everything is blurred.

Her eyes that usually spark happiness,

Her face that glow and glitters,

Her lips that shines when she smiles,

It's still her Eyes, Face and Lips.

All the same, yet All is faded and blurred.

She cannot see herself.

At her back, The door is closed but she can hear voices.

She can hear them.

Whispers and little talks, Not too loud but still audible-- to her ears vibrating to her soul.

Shouts and Rough criticisms, Not too clear but anger is noticeable-- to her white skin penetrating to her bones piercing every muscle in her body.

Every muscle, including her Heart.

On top of the mirror there she saw her name.

It's all in capital, emphasizing her.

It's still in lights, the kind of fire that she likes.

It's still the same name everyone used to love, It's still her.

Why is that a single missed note made them hate her?

She neither bully nor hit anyone.

She always stand there, in the middle of the stage.

Performing melody, Healing hearts.

So why,
Why are they burying pain in her skin?
Why are they giving her words that scratches herself?
Why does she even needs stitches?

Every part of her is music.

So for the last time she performs, in front of darken audience in the stage that she owns.

The music starts she stood still, She knows where to start but she lost the courage, She lost her voice.

Tears starts to flow,
A river of frustrations,

She is now an open wound.

She's a star,

Born to shine, to explode.

Soon a Supernova will happen,

She who dreams will be bounded.
She who hopes will give up.
She who exist will just live.

She's a star, A glimmer.

But everyone might have forgotten that this Superstar,

She is also a girl.

Just another girl.
