Once upon a time, there was a timid little girl,
Who dreamt day and night.
Was fascinated by the diamonds and pearl;
At every night, would hold her pillow tight,
To dream of the Prince who would give her life a swirl.
Used to get lost in her own castle in the flight,
Always wanted a fairytale to whirl;
Unlike Cinderella, Rapunzel and Snow White.
Would walk around the house with a hurl,
With her little feet into mother's stilettos for limelight.
She grew up like this, never let her imaginations to uncurl;
But little did she know, that her innocence was into the spotlight,
Her château of rainbow was destroyed by a churl.
But hope was still there a slight;
Gave explanations to herself, for she never wanted her fantasies to twirl.
Then an angel saved her like a knight;
And they became good friends in no interval.
The angel took her out of the darkness to the skies bright;
The dark clouds of despair were gone, and she was happy again because of the searle.
She started dreaming again without scaling any height,
As she knew that her defender was there for her to impearl.
Suddenly she woke up and found it was her dream and realised who was the Prince charming of her real life story.
