Part 29

4PM:

DING DONG

I heard Caspar ring the doorbell.

"Hey Caspar!" I said as I opened the door.

"Y/n!" He hugged me "Wow! It smells great in here, are you cooking?"

"Yeah I'm cooking for Joe." I blushed.

"I'm sure he'll love it!" Caspar smiled.

"Thanks Casp!" I thanked him.

"So what do you need me for? Is it for my amazing cooking skills?" Caspar asked.

"No!" I started laughing.

"So what do you need me for?" He asked confused.

"You'll see" I smiled grabbing his arm and ran downstairs.

"Won't the chicken burn?" Caspar asked worried.

"No it has to stay in the oven for an hour! Come on let's go!!" I said pulling him outside.

"Okay we have arrived!" I smiled after walking for a few minutes.

"So why are we at the park?" Caspar asked.

"I'm organising a picnic for Joe and I tonight." I said nervously awaiting his reaction.

"Aww that's so cute!" He smiled.

"Do you think Joe will like it?" I said biting my lip.

"Of course he will! He just wants to spend time with you!" Caspar smiled.

"F/n said the same thing." I laughed.

"She did?" He blushed.

"Yeah" I smiled.

*I think Caspar likes F/n... Maybe she likes hi-*

"Okay" Caspar interrupted my day dreaming "What do I have to do?"

"So basically I want to have lights on the trees and I reach high enough." I explained.

"Yeah can see that" Caspar laughed "you're even smaller than Joe!"

"Shut up!" I said playfully hitting him "and Joe is not small!!"

"Okay fine" Caspar smiled and started hanging the lights in the trees.

I suddenly got a message from Joe.

JOE: 'Hey beautiful, are you still not going to tell what we're doing tonight!? X'

Y/N: 'Nope :P' I smiled.

JOE: 'Are you at least going to tell me when and where we're going to meet? ;)'

Y/N: 'at 7PM! Downstairs XX'

JOE: 'Okay See you then <3'

I put my phone away and started by putting down the picnic blanket.
Once I did that I put the candles and the rest of the decorations all around it.
Caspar and I were done by 4:47PM:

"Okay Caspar, I'm gonna head home now! I don't want the chicken to burn." I told him.

"Yeah good idea!" Caspar agreed "Do you still need help with anything?"

"Depends..." I answered.

"On what?" He wanted to know.

"Do you have anything to do before 7PM?" I asked him.

"No, why?" He smiled.

"Can you please come here again to light the candles before Joe and I arrive?" I pleaded "if you can't it's fine! I already asked you so many thi-"

"Of course y/n!" Caspar interrupted me.

"Thank you so much!" I hugged him.

We waved goodbye and I started walking home.
