You lay on your couch, now fully recovered from your condition. Your eyes rested close, the window slightly open letting the cool spring air drift through.

The sound of keys smashing together went off as your aunt Maggie stepped into your house holding two bag of groceries.

"Hey y/n" she smiled, gripping onto the plastic bags tighter.

"Hey aunt Maggie" you greeted as you placed a hand sternly on the armrest, pushing yourself up.

You walked into the kitchen were your aunt had left the groceries.

You grabbed the pasta and placed it into the pantry.

"Have you talked to Damian recently?" Maggie asked. You nodded,

"last night actually, he wanted to tell me he would be accompanying his father on a business trip, here actually and we planned to meet up." You made quick eye contact with your aunt.

"If that's okay with you" she grinned and nodded happily.

Your aunt was a single Pringle and encouraged you too get out more often, especially after you had to learn how to walk, you had built tall concrete walls blocking out people.

"Oh course honey, just have your phone with you."

"Maggie he's coming next weekend you'll have time to give me 'the talk'" you rolled your eyes playful as your aunt chuckled.
