Chapter 2

KEVIN'S POV
   "Destroy anything that is nice, make an undead army rise!" ..........*DARK FLASH*......... "Did it work?" *A giant group of undead soldiers suddenly rise from the ground* "Oh yeah! Take that, dad!" "Master, we are ready to follow your command." All of the undead soldiers said in chorus. "Well I guess you could help my mom and my dad defeat the fairies and prevent them from being successful in retrieving the head fairy's daughter." I said, while pointing at the castle's door leading out of the training grounds. "As you wish mi'lord. Come on men, let us grant our master's wish." After they said that, they suddenly turned into dark magic balls, kinda like they were caped dark spirits. With that transformation, they easily passed through the castle's wall. "Cool" I said to myself. "I wonder what kind of spell is that." I searched the the ancient dark magic spell book my mom gave me for my 15th birthday, where I gained my first magical ability, telekinesis. She said that I should use it as my guide in learning dark magic. I searched thoroughly through every page in the book. After a few seconds, I finally found it. It was the spirit traveller spell. I read the page and it turns out that the only way to use this spell is with three simple steps. First, I need to quickly poke myself with a needle and get a tiny drop of my blood on it. Second, I need to rub that blood on my tounge without making it bleed with the needle's sharp edge. Third and final, I need to say dead man's spirit three times. After that, I should have ease in transforming myself into one of those things. You know what, from now on I'm gonna call those things deathforms. Why deathforms? Coz I want to, that's why. Ok, here goes nothin'. *3 minutes later* Dead man's spirit, Dead man's spirit, Dead man's spirit! Hmmm.... I don't feel any different. Maybe I did it wrong? *Suddenly a dark light surrounds Kevin* "Wooooaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
What's happening!!!" My life suddenly flashed before my eyes, but suddenly......

EVANGELYN'S POV
   *FLASH* "Wow! I'm glowing! The spell must have worked!" I said surprisedly and joyfully, but right after that it was all ruined with a few sentences that my mom spit out of her mouth. "Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, dear! Honey, you've turned yourself into a a a a firefly!" My mom said, in a way that she might almost faint. Actually, in those moments, I thought I was gonna faint. "Don't worry honey, I'll fix it" After my dad said that, he ordered one of the guards to fetch his spell book. He searches thoroughly through the pages. "Ah, here it is. How to reverse a bug transformation spell. Honey, hold still ok? Ehe, ehem. Make my daughter feel well, with three waves of my hand reverse this bug spell." *Swish, swoosh, swash,* *FLASH* "Well I'm gonna have nightmares of that for days am I right dad?" *In a grumpy voice* "Hhhmmmm" After that awkward moment my mom gives me a gigantic hug, and I'm not exaggerating. She literally almost crushed my bones in half. "Don't ever do that again" My mom said, slightly letting down a tear. "No I won't mom, no I won't" Suddenly a guard comes in and ruins the moment. "Your majesties, come quick! There's an emergency occurring in the village. Please come quick immediately." After saying that he rushes quickly to the village. "Come on let's go" My father says hastily, and rushes outside the castle door. "Stay right here, we'll be right back" My mom said. "Ok, I will."
