Silver

"Why can't I come up?!" Mikasa shouted up the tree that Eren and Levi were perched on.
"Because you're a girl!" Eren shouted down as he blew a raspberry at her.
"And this is our club. Right Levi?" Eren asked as Levi climbed higher up the tree.
"Wait for me!" Eren shouted as he attempted to climb up to a higher branch.
"No don't Eren, you'll hurt yourself." Levi called down.
"But I want to be up there with you!" Eren shouted up.
"I'm coming down." Levi said as he stepped backwards onto a thick branch.
"You boys are so mean!" Mikasa called up. "You're not my husband anymore Eren!" Mikasa shouted at Eren.
" I don't care..." Eren teased as Levi perched himself on the branch next to him.
"Levi's my husband." Eren said as his green eyes glistened up at Levi.
"That's right." Levi said as he smiled and ruffled Eren's hair.
"What?!" Mikasa shouted up as tears started to well up in her eyes.
"But you're my husband!" Mikasa screamed as tears started pouring down her face.
"We were married, but then Levi asked me and I said yes because I like him more." Eren said as Levi climbed down the tree to hug Mikasa.
"No I hate you!" Mikasa shouted as Levi attempted to hug her.
"I hate you both." Mikasa shouted as she went running off into the woods.
"Wait!!" Levi shouted as he went running after her.
Eren looked up to Levi so much. He wanted to be just like him when he was older. Levi was always so kind to him and he was so brave when he wanted to climb high trees or run deep into the woods.
"Levi!!" Eren called as he tried to climb down the trunk of the tree. Levi had originally lifted him up there and Eren needed him to get him down.
A moment later, Levi came out from behind a bush, dragging along a kicking and screaming Mikasa.
"Let me go!" She screamed, as she attempted to punch Levi's stomach.
"Not so fast Mikasa." Levi said as he lifted her up and put her on the branch next to Eren.
"You can join our club." Levi said, out of breath.
"Yaayy." Mikasa said as she kicked her feet with excitement .
"What!" Eren exclaimed. " I thought this was an all boy club!"
"It was but now it's and all boy club plus a girl." Levi pointed out to Eren.
Eren crossed his arms and screwed up his face.
"Stop acting like such a child, Eren." Levi said as he ruffled his hair.
"Yeah." Mikasa agreed with Levi.
"I'm not a child!" Eren exclaimed. "I'm nearly five!"
"Anyway" Levi started. "Mikasa, you will have to pass the club entry tests, to prove you're tough enough for our club" Levi said as he pointed his finger in the air to imitate a superior club leader.
"Yeah." Eren stuck his tongue out at Mikasa.
"Okay... what sort of test." Mikasa said with a  slightly worried expression on her face.
Levi had to think for a moment but Eren interrupted him when he was about to speak
"Jump into the river!!" Eren exclaimed with an exited expression.
"No no we would get told off for that" Levi said as he carried on thinking.
"You have to..." Levi started. "Go and sit on mum's  lap for ten whole minutes." Levi said as he exaggerated the difficulty of the task.
"I can do that!" Mikasa expressed as Levi picked her up and let her down.
"Don't come back early because you won't be allowed to join the club!" Levi called after her.
" I won't!" Mikasa shouted back as the two boys saw her run into the distance towards Eren's house.
"That was way to easy!" Eren exclaimed as Levi lifted him down.
" I did that so she could leave us alone for a while." Levi said as he knelt down to Eren's height.
"So she's not really joining the club?" Eren asked.
"Nope." Levi said as he took hold of Eren's small hand.
Eren then went and hugged Levi tight and Levi hugged him back and placed a kiss on his forehead.
"Now we have some club business to do." Levi said as he pulled his rucksack off of his back and onto the soft grass infront of him. Levi then unzipped the front pocket and pulled out a pen knife.
"What's that for?" Eren said as he took a couple of steps back.
"It's so we can carve our initials on the tree." Levi said as he stood up, walked over to the tree trunk and knelt next to it, holding his hand out for Eren to come and sit next to him.
"Why do we need to do that.?" Eren asked as Levi started to carve an 'L' into the tree.
"So we know this tree is our tree." Levi said as he finished the letter with a huff.
"I want a go." Eren said as Levi proceeded to put a '+' next to his letter.
"You can do your 'E'" Levi said as he etched in the last line of the symbol.
"Okay..." Levi started as he pulled Eren in front of him. Levi carefully placed the knife in Eren's small hands and cupped his hands around Eren's.
Levi guided Eren as they carved in the 'E'.
" I did it." Eren said as they pulled the knife away from the tree.
"Well done." Levi said as he hugged Eren from behind and pulled him onto his lap.
"It looks so cool." Eren said as he admired their handy work.
"Oh there's one thing missing." Levi said as he went over to the tree.
"Close your eyes, no peaking." Levi said as he carried on sculpting into the tree.
"I can't keep my eyes shut." Eren said with a smile a few minutes later.
"Well you don't have to." Levi said as he backed away from the tree.
Levi had carved  a heart around their initials.
"I love it!" Eren exclaimed as he went over and sat on Levi's lap.
"That's to show that I will always love you, Eren." Levi said as he stroked Eren's hair.
Eren turned around and hugged Levi.
"You will always be my husband... won't you Levi?" Eren asked, with slight worry in his little voice.
"Always." Levi said gently.
