Todoroki x Reader|| Protection

Chapter One

Shoto held (Y/N) close to his chest,anger boiling inside of him. She had marks and small cuts all over her arms and legs, trying not to cry.

   "Why do you just let him do this to you?"

   "Katsuki is s-so much stron-"

   "No, he isn't and you know it (Y/N)"

She went silent,still Shoto's arms.He knew her well. He kissed her forehead,

    "This shit needs to stop."

(Y/N) flinched at his tone and was still quiet. He set her head down on his bed and stood up,
      "I'm gonna go after him."

      "No youre not."

Shoto looked at her,seeing silent tears roll down her face.

      "Y-You're all I have, please don't leave me."

He was taken aback by (Y/N) words.He sat back down and pulled (Y/N) into a hug,

    "(Y/N)...I love you, and I have to protect you...even at the cost of my life..."

She wrapped her arms around his neck, more tears streaming down her face.

     "I love you too but...Todoroki...I don't want to see you hurt, so just leave him alone."

He growled quietly into her shoulder and brushed through her (H/C) hair, trying to calm her down.

    "O-ok...I'll stay away." Todoroki loathed saying those words, he felt useless, but he wanted (Y/N) to be as happy as possible, even causing her pain in the long run.

They stayed in the hug up until (Y/N) phone lit up next to her, with a text from Katsuki.

'Hey bitch get your useless ass back over here now'

(Y/N) wiped her eyes and looked away from Shoto,

      "I-I have to go..." her voice trailed off.

Shoto grabbed her wrist and pulled her into hug again,

     "Please...just stay here."

He looked down, a dark aura around him. She pulled away and shook her head,

    "I don't want to be hurt more, I'm sorry"

(Y/N) quickly walked out, afraid of what was to come.
