It all started when I was thirteen, it wasn't nearly as bad then, only shadows in places that there shoudn't be. I was frightened but I didn't think much of it, I thought it was no big deal.
Throughout the year these shadows got worse until I could look at someone and instead of seeing their face I would see a distorted black and white like one. When I would be around my friends and I would go into these episodes I would just say it was a panic attack, which in a way they were. The episodes actually caused the panic attack. Now I try to hide it behind a mask so they don't see.
But what if somebody did?
