Feliciano wasn't Always a devil, Like other devils, He was a human at one time.
When living, He was a mafia member.
He didn't want to do it but he had to for the money.
Basically, How he died was because once, He got distracted on something and was caught by the cops.
Sadly, It wasn't a good cop or a cop that Gave chances so once he found the Italian, He almost immediately shot him down.
He became a devil because of killing all the innocent people while he was in the mafia.
Ever since he became a devil, He's become even more nicer to try to prove that he doesn't deserve to be one.
