Chapter 3

Lauren's P.O.V

I woke up in an unfamiliar bed and some very comfortable pajamas. I groaned softly and rolled over, slowly opening my eyes to reveal a brown wall and brown sheets. I felt a hand gently touch my back and I jumped, looking to where the hand came from. "Mrs. Cabello?" I asked and rubbed my eye.

"You passed out at the end of class so I brought you to the nurse, then my house. Dinah told me your address so I picked your stuff and siblings up." She said softly and smiled.

"Thank you." I said quietly and sat up.

"No problem, you've been asleep all day. I made dinner." She said and stood up.

"I'm hungry." I stood and looked down at my clothes. "I thought I had jeans and a tee shirt on."

"Taylor changed your clothes for you." She said and led me downstairs. I nodded and followed her into the kitchen before sitting next to Taylor.

"Hey sleepyhead." She said and handed me my phone. "Dinah and Ally won't stop texting you."

"Don't read my texts." I mumbled and snatched my phone from her.

"Chris is asleep in the guest room. Where do you want to sleep Lauren?" Mrs. Cabello asked.

"Taylor, you can sleep in the guest room. Chris can sleep on the couch and I'll sleep with you." I looked at Taylor.

"I'm not sleeping with your fatass." She scoffed and took a bite of her food.

"I can sleep on loveseat in my room and you can have my bed, Lauren." Camila said and cleaned her plate.

"Thank you Mrs. Cabello." I nodded and slowly ate my food.

"You don't have to call me that when we're out of school." Camila said and I nodded, looking at my phone.

Me: Sorry, I was sleeping all day. Apparently I passed out and now I'm in Mrs. Cabellos house.

Finah💋: LAUREN OH MY GOD I MISSED U PLEASE NEVER LEAVE ME AGAIN I HAVE NOBODY 😭😭😭

Me: Okay Dinah. I have to finish my dinner, I love you.

Me: Long story short I passed out and woke up in Mrs. Cabello's bedroom. I'm okay I think. Asshat and Chris are here and this is my new home.

Mama Als😈😇: Get some babe. Never leave us again.

Me: M'kay, now lemme go eat my food

I smiled down at my phone before feeling an elbow nudge my side. I rubbed my side and looked at Taylor. "You're an ass." She mumbled and I shook my head.

"Mind your business." I mumbled and finished my food. I stood up and rubbed my head. "Where's my stuff?" I asked.

"Bottom of my bed." Camila said and I nodded. I walked up the stairs and down the hall to her room. I walked inside and grabbed my bag from the bottom of the bed. I walked back to the hall and downstairs. I set my bag in the doorway of the kitchen and walked over to the sink where Camila washed dishes.
