Niall pov:
"Dan Charles to the stand please" the judge spoke out Dan got up to the seat sitting down as Liam and Louis lawyer filed the papers
"Dan do you know my clients from anywhere else beside this case" the lawyer said Dan nodded and turned smiling at me " I known Niall since pre-school but the others I don't know" Dan said folding his hands together
"Do you have any grudge over my clients boyfriend?" The lawyer said looking at us then back at Dan "yes but that's not the reason why I'm here today" Dan spoke softly "my clients said they didn't lay a finger on you and you are lying is it true" the lawyer asked " no I never lie" Dan smirked
"Can you tell me how it exactly happen" lawyer said scratching his beard Dan sat up straight "well I'm going over to Maura house to borrow sugar when Niall just attack me throwing punches left and right and as I thought nothing can get worst two other people are there beating me up when finally I broke free and ran away" Dan said looking at us smiling
"Did you hit back?" Lawyer asked Dan shook his head "no further questions" and everyone went back to there seats "Liam Payne to the stand" the judge said mashing his malted on the desk
"So tell us your side" Dan lawyer asked Liam ran his hand through his hair smiling at me "well when I came outside he looked at me and threw the baby toy in my hand and ran away" Liam said still looking at me
"So you didn't hit him" he asked looking in Liam eyes "no I didn't" Liam said smiling at me "did your boyfriends hit him?" Dan lawyer asked laying his hands on the desk "no they didn't" Liam said "no further questions" Liam got up and went and sat next to me
Linking are hands together I smiled leaning my head on his shoulder "Louis Tomlinson to the stand" the judge said again Louis got up there and the lawyer smiled at him "tell me your side of the story" Dan lawyer asked looking out at the crowd
"Well Dan had my son toy in his hand and I asked him to give it back and he called me a faggot then Liam came outside and he ran away" Louis said folding his hands together "did you hit him?" Louis shook his head no
"Did he hit you?" Dan lawyer asked Louis again shook his head no "no further questions" Louis got up and sat back in his seat
"Do you have any witness?" The judge asked Dan and he nodded his head "the neighbors" the judge nodded his head and a few people came to the front claiming there lies to the judge "yeah I saw Dan on the ground bleeding an I think they had sticks too" one girl said while the judge nodded his head
"I prove this case guli---"
"Wait your judge we have video proof of what really happen are security cameras caught all " a girl said followed by a man holding a tape
The judge nodded his head and a police officer took the tape and played it on the tv the judge shook his head and turned off the tv "not guilty" the judge said and Dan shouted no ....running towards me
He grabbed my neck and started choking me Liam and Louis tried pulling him off me when everything turned black ......
