Chapter 3

My life had been so unsure since that day two years ago, seeing my mother cry for the first time and not knowing what to do

I saw a USB and a piece of paper rolled up to look like a scroll i was confused, i looked up at my mother and she looked mad and said

"this is a contract and a video of your father and I making a deal we never should have done, I am truly sorry I couldn't control your father" 

i looked back down at the box then at my mother, she was starting to tear up I had never seen my mother cry nor have i ever called her mum but that's a different story i didn't know what to do to comfort her all she kept saying was i'm sorry over and over again then she finally managed to spit out

" i'm so sorry Alice your father was uncontrollable we made a deal we never should have but your life was at risk watch the video and the read the piece of paper"

i went to my room put the USB in the DVD player and watched the video, mother was at a meeting type thing with a man who i'm assuming is my father all i could hear was yelling but i couldn't understand what they were yelling about and the the video ended, I opened up the paper and i was an agreement but not any agreement it was i life changing agreement and now i fully understand why my mother kept repeating i'm sorry but I was confused why would they do this, why would they do this to there own child.
