After the boys walk to the locker room, from a distance Roman saw Dean and Seth and overheard them conversing. Roman swears that Dean is so confident in the ring and when he's in character, but when it comes to talking to people outside the ring or outside the WWE.. He's a shy pup.
Forgetting what his mission was, he immediately walks behind them crouching down a little bit so that they don't sense his presence behind them. Just to make sure that that don't see him, he hides behind one of the huge storage boxes placed randomly against the walls.
Meanwhile on the inside, Seth looks for the important object that he mentioned earlier. Dean sits on the tan couch that is placed in the middle of the room and removes the tape from his hands. Dean watches Seth's every move from a distance, curious on what he needed to fetch in this locker room. They are totally oblivious to what Roman is planning on the outside.
*Seth's P.O.V*
Dean's currently sitting on the couch looking impatient. "What did you wanna talk about?" I ask, furrowing my eyebrows in curiosity.
"Oh Yeah... I just wanted to ask you about how it feels to finally be back here. It's been a while since we hung out and I didn't think I'd get a chance to even talk to you back there with everyone around. " he finally speaks up.
"Oh"
To be completely honest, I don't know what else to say. He takes a glance at his hands and then back at me.
"It's great man. I couldn't wait to run out there. They missed me a lot" I say pointing behind me. "And I missed them. I just wish I don't need to burst their bubble tomorrow on Raw."
*Dean's P.O.V*
"I know man" I look at him in sympathy. He hates being a heel in storylines. It was okay for the three of us to be heel together, but it must suck big time to do it all alone.
"Look man-"
"Jon would you ever team up?" He interrupts me once again.
*Seth's P.O.V*
"Colby you know exactly what the answer is" he says while sternly looking at me.
Oh shit! He's giving me that look. So which clearly means that he's pissed. This won't go well.
"Look.." I try to explain.
"No you look brother!" He interrupts me. "Do you think after what you've done to me and Leati's characters, that two thirds of The Shield will ever team up with Seth Rollins ever again?!"
Okay. I fucked up. Once again...
"It was two years ago Jon! When are you going to-"
"You know what? I don't know... I don't think that Dean'll ever forgive Seth for that." he frowns.
It saddens me to know that Dean still doesn't or won't trust my character for what it did two years ago. If only he knew that I had no choice...
