"Hello! How may I help you?" Minghao asked the new customer.
"Hi, I would like a single forget-me-not, if you have them". The man asked, looking at him for only a second before his eyes wondered around the shop.
"Of course! If you could just come with me, I'll gladly show you them".
Minghao walked off into isle 3, the customer right on his tail. The employee stood to the right of the flowers after having arrived there. He showed the man the flowers with his hands indicating for him to look at them in a game show host action.
"Here they are!" The boy informed.
Looking at the blue watered flowers, he tried to pick out the one in the best condition. The taller male reached for a forget-me-not right in the middle, before plucking it out of it's family.
"I'd like to take this one". He spoke out, breaking the silence that only lasted for a few.
"Righto, would you like a ribbon tied around it?" Minghao questioned, looking at the former.
"How much would it cost? I'm tight on money". He asked, seriousness etched onto his face.
"Since you're tight on money, as you said, I would gladly give you a discount, not that it would really make a difference because it's so cheap, but because you're handsome and you're the last customer before I close up the shop, I'll do it". Minghao replied, whispering the last part.
Although he heard the last part, he decided to just ignore the slightly quieter words and continue business. "Alright, I'll take it, thanks for that". The man said gratefully.
Minghao walked over to the back room and chose out a piece of 20cm silver string to tie around the green stem.
The latter walked out of the back room and headed over to the front desk, which his costumer was waiting at.
"Do you accept cash?" The man asked, his hands pinching a $10 note, waiting to pull it out of his black wallet after Minghao's confirmation.
"We do", Minghao answered, left arm extended while his dominant hand punched in numbers on a calculator to figure out the total price of the single flower and it's sidekick, silver string.
"My name is Junhui, but you can call me Jun, thanks for the service Minghao", Jun replied after being told the price of his flower and paying for it. That was the last thing he said before waltzing out of the store.
'Wow, he sure is handsome,', Minghao thought.
He closed up the shop after sorting out the money earned this day.
