She is a V2 Light Dragon Slayer however does have the magic power to be a Celestial Wizard just doesn't expand on it
"Nashi" Lily screamed at the top of her lungs trying to get her friend's attention from outside the house. A window flung open and there was the angry female fire dragon slayer.
"What do ya want Lils?" Nashi yelled back.
"Come down" Lily yelled. The salmon hair girl rolled her eyes before doing as the blonde 'light bomb' told her to do.
Nashi got down to Lily and looked at her with her 'WHAT' face. Lily smiled before dangling a bunch of keys in front of Nashi's face. "Wanna have some fun?" Nashi gave a gruesome grin like her father would have done and rushed back in the house.
2 hours later, Lucy heard a knock at the door. She opened to see Yukino. "Oh hey Yukino what can I do for you?" Lucy said politely.
"Is Lily here?" Yukino asked no very happy.
"Um no I don't think so at least, why?" The blonde Mage asked.
"She took my keys" Yukino said crossing her arms. Lucy looked in her key pouch to see no keys and sighed before closing the door behind her and walking with Yukino away from the house.
Lucy and Yukino got to the top of the hill where they saw Lily and Nashi both with keys in their hands with the newly summoned celestial spirits in front of them, Virgo and Libra. Before the girls could command the spirits to fight, Lucy yelled "Nashi Layla Dragneel" Nashi froze as her mother only says her full name when she's in serious trouble. Both Nashi and Lily turned around to see their angry mother's faces. Lily smiled nervously.
"Hi mummy" she said. Nashi hid the key behind her back. Lily looked at Nashi then back at her mother before hiding the keys behind her back. Yukino walked towards her daughter.
"Keys Lily or I tell your father you snuck off again without training first" Yukino said looking right into Lily's eyes.
"Blackmail from my own mother" Lily said handing over the keys. Nashi bowed her head as she gave the keys to her mother.
"You need to ask before you play with my stuff" Lucy said putting her keys back and putting her hand on her hips.
"Princess please don't be so harsh on the child" Virgo said putting her hands together and bowing. Lucy looked at Virgo then at Nashi. She smiled and patted Nashi on the head.
"Just ask me beforehand Nashi ok" Nashi smiled. Lily looked at her mother with stars in her eyes hoping she would say the same. Yukino look at her.
"You are not allowed to use my keys you have your own powers to rely on" Lily whimpered and Nashi giggled.
