Chapter 11

Jessica's POV

Flashback

"Girl I heard there's this new guy in our grade and he hella fine. His name is Julian, I'm so angry I didn't meet him yet" Keyanna said to me in the hallway

"Hahha I'm sure we'll all meet him sooner than later. " I told her

"Guys come on we're going to be late to class" Taylor said

We ran down the hallway and then I dropped my books on the floor from tripping on a pencil.

"Um, tell the teacher I was in the bathroom. I'll be there soon" I told Keyanna and Taylor.

They nodded and kept running

I started to pick up my papers until I heard someone from behind me.

"Would you like some help with that Jessica?" He said

"Yes please, and who are you? How do you know me?" I asked him

"Well, ever since I layed eyes on you a few days ago I had to find out more about you. I'm Julian Montana. "

Flashback end

"So y'all met high school? Damn." Aubrey said

"Yeah, we were high school sweethearts. The most popular couple in school. " I moved a little closer to aubrey and told him all the good times I had with Julian.

"He sounds like a nice guy, what happened?"

I sighed

"Well, after my parents died, our relationship started to go downhill and so did his chance of becoming a rapper"

*flashback*

"Every freaking label won't sign me! I don't know what I'm doing wrong Jess" Julian told me

I was listening while doing my homework. He charged at me and smacked me hard across the face

"ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?" He screamed

"Julian, you're drunk. Why don't you go to bed" I said calmly

"Nah, I'm going out. See ya!" He shouted while leaving the house

End flashback

"The next weeks involved him coming home drunk every night complaining about his life and I got a beating from him everyday because it "calmed" him down and relaxed him " I said. I felt tears running down my face.

"Shh it's okay boo" Aubrey said.

He held me in his arms rubbing my back. I don't ever wanna leave this position.

"So if you don't mind me asking, how did you get out of that situation?" Aubrey asked

"It wasn't easy, but I was able to leave while he sleeping. I didn't even pack anything I just took my car and left him in my house sleeping. At the subway was the first time I saw him in years..."

I looked at the time and it was almost 4 in the morning. Damn how long were we taking?

"Oh my gosh, it's so late. I need to go take a shower and go to bed" I said

"You need some help?"

"Please" I smiled

Aubrey carried me up the stairs and in the bathroom. He placed me down and said

"Goodnight Jessica. See you later in the morning. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you"

"Thank you. I'll keep that in mind" I chuckled.

"Wait, aubrey!" I said in a loud whisper.

"Yes?"

"I um, I need some help getting my clothes off" I said with my face getting all red

He smiled and said "sure I'll help"

He came into the bathroom with me and started to unbutton my blouse. I couldn't help but feel the sexual tension. It was getting more intense as he took my jeans, socks and shoes off leaving me in my bra and thong. He came closer to me, about to unhook my bra and he put his forehead against mine. I can smell his cologne on him, he smelled so good. He leaned in for a kiss and I was going to lean in as well, but I couldn't do it. I backed up and said

"I think you should go now." I said low

He rubbed his hands through his curls and said

"Uh yeah I think I should." He chuckled

"Goodnight"

"Night"

I finished taking off my bra and thong while hopping to the shower. Literally.

I'm beginning to feel things for

Aubrey a girl in a relationship shouldn't feel. He's so easy to talk to and I feel so comfortable with him. I convinced myself what I'm feeling is gratitude for saving me and lust because he's absolutely gorgeous. I cannot fall in love with another rapper. I don't want to be hurt again.
