My Advice to New Witches

    While witchcraft itself has no rules, I do have to send a few warnings your way. Witchcraft isn't like the magic on tv and in the movies. You will not levitate, fly on broomsticks, teleport or anything of the sort. So, I'm sorry to burst your little bubble on that one.
     Another one of the most important things in for witches to know is that it's a very bad idea to jinx, hex or curse another witch. You don't know their skill level. You could just end up in a curse war. If you don't know if who you wish to curse is a witch, just do some good ole divination. It works best for finding witches who are still hidden.
    Speaking of hiding, if you're a witch who's keeping your practice a secret, try to keep a handle on using your energy and intent. There's not a thing in the world that can't be used for witchcraft. It's not about the tools, it's about the intent.
It's also a bad idea to do love and lust spells to force someone to fall in love with you or have sex with you. You can do lust and love spells, but never ones that aim to control consent. They always end in terrible abuse and confusion. It's best to attract love and lust rather than force it out of someone.
  A good idea, on the other hand, is to learn from multiple witches on Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook, in person, in books, and many other sources too. Learning from only one witch will hinder you, so gather as much information from as many witches as possible. Try to learn from people who are in different sectors, it'll broaden your ideas on the craft.
