Chapter 14: Not Again...

Lucy's POV

In about 10 minutes into detention the door burst open. It was... Natsu
"I thought you would come sooner or later" Teacher said standing up
"What's up Mr.C?" Natsu asked casually
"How many times should I tell you to call me by my full name" He told Natsu firmly "Well, you came 10 minutes late and you'll go 10 minutes late"
"Oh, common Mr.C, give me one more chance?" Natsu asked as he spread his hands apart
"15 minutes, and it'll get longer if you test my patience. No go sit wherever" He told him waving his hand at the seats
"Okay, dammit" Natsu said under his breath, but teacher managed to hear him
"That's 20. Wanna go up to half an hour?" He said while sitting down again

Natsu looked around the seats and once he got glance of me he smirked. I straightened up and pulled strand of hair behind my ear. Am I getting nervous? I shook my head and looked beside me to see Natsu. He was looking straight into my eyes. I blushed and faced front again. He smirked even more at my reaction
"Luce, was it?" He whispered. I just nod my head "Not so talkative, I see" He whispered again and faced front as well
It felt like time stopped. But clock was ticking so loudly in my head that I remembered it could never stop. After what felt like forever he spoke again
"You wanna go on a date with me?" He asked randomly. My eyes widened, but I soon calmed down when I remembered something. He's a player.
"Umm, no" I muttered
"What did you say blondie? I couldn't quite catch it?" He asked smirking. Shivers ran down my spine as I remembered first day of school. Once again I calmed myself down and told him little bit louder "No"
   Teacher looked up and glanced at us. I looked down immediately. Natsu smirked at my reaction "You need more confidence" He told me as he leaned back in his seat. I looked at him "I don't need advice from you" I said emphasizing you.
   He chuckled and shook his head. In about 5 minutes he started to poke my left arm with a pen. I simply ignored him, because I didn't want to get in anymore trouble. When he understood that poking me wouldn't get him anywhere he started to make weird noises. So, I put my earphones in. With music time flies so fast. I couldn't even comprehend that detention was already over. I took out earphones and swung my bag on my shoulder. Natsu stood up as well, only to get a glare from the teacher.
"Oh common Mr.C! I promise I won't be late next time!" He started to opposing.
"Mr.Dragneel why can't you under-" I couldn't hear more cause I went out of the classroom.
I hurried to my dorm room. When I opened the door I saw Levy reading book at her desk
"Hey Levy-chan" I greeted with no enthusiasm
"Hey Lu-chan, what's wrong? You came later than usual" She stated without looking out of the book
"Nothing, I just got off detention" I told her while I changed from the school uniform. Hearing the word detention, made her immediately look up
"You? A detention?" She asked raising her eyebrow
"It's a long story..."

I told her everything and it's already 6pm. My stomach was growling and so was Levy's.
"Hey, I was thinking about bringing something from Love and Lucky, you want anything?" I asked getting up and getting my jacket
"Oh yeah! Greek salad will do it. Thanks!" She said already opening a book
"Okay, anything else?" I asked
"If you take out trash, it will be great" She told me pointing at the trashcan
"Okay, I'll be back in 20" I told her as I closed the door behind me

Time Skip~At Love and Lucky

"Thank you, come again!" Seller told me as I got my order
"Thanks, bye" I told her as I walked out. When I reached dorm's garden, someone called out for me. I looked around and saw boy running to me. He approached me and once again asked
"You wanna go out with me this Friday?"
