Imagine : Being a meta human who can control all of the four main elements, earth, air, fire, and water. Then you bump into the Scarlet Speedsters civilian self at Jitters

"No, no Fiona-" You where cut off by your best friend hanging up on you. At least this wasn't out of the normal for Fiona, she never listened to you, or anyone for that matter. You walked into CC Jitters in Central City, you where visiting some family for the weekend, just because you had nothing else to do. Well, you should really be practicing your powers, but you really just wanted to forget you even had powers in the first place. It kept coming to your mind that you could really hurt someone.
"Come on Y/N, just forget-" You started to mumble under your breath as you entered the coffee shop, but as soon as you put a foot into the place you already had bumped into someone.
"Dang it! I am so sorry!" You quickly said before looking up at the man standing in front of you, brunette, looked in his twenties, amazingly beautiful emerald eyes.
"Oh-! No! It's my fault, don't worry about it..." Said Barry Allen, going to his knees and picking up some papers that had fallen out of a file. Without asking if he needed any help, you went to your knees as well. The two of you where picking up random papers and then, suddenly, you both reached for the same paper, hands touched, and you could feel electricity, a small shock at most. You looked at Barry, you could tell he felt it as well. He looked into your Y/E/C eyes, you looked back, a blush slightly appearing on both of your cheeks. I'm pretty sure you could both tell that this, was going to turn into something special.........
