'HC for Chase that he's an incredible singer actually and he used to sing his kids to sleep at night or sing to call them down after nightmares, and when the other egos find out they're just blown away and he gets all shy about it and ahhhh, he's such a precious cinnamon roll' - elishamcloughlin

Chase unlocked the door, the creaking echoing through the old house. He put his keys on the side table, as he looked around he saw old memories. Him and the kids playing in the living room, the chatter at family dinners, and the mess of a kitchen during 'own food night'. The house creaked and groaned as the man walked slowly down the halls, the faded lettering on the doors of rooms. As he stopped in the hall he got pulled into a memory. He was putting one of the little ones to bed,'Hold on, I'll be there in a second!'
'No! Come on now!' Kate had cried out as she grabbed Chase's arm and tried to drag him to the rooms. Chase let out a huff of defeat and looked towards his wife for support, only to receive a innocent look as she sat on the couch. He got up and let himself be lead down the halls and towards the bedroom. Kate jumped into her bed with an old teddy,'Sing a song! You always sing one!' Kate stated as Chase tucked her in. He smiled and dragged over a nearby stool and sat down, he started to sing.
Chase was dragged out of the memory as the room faded back to the state of disrepair and abandonment it was in. He walked out of the room with heavy steps, closing the door behind him. Chase didn't want to look back to see them, the faded 'Kate' on the door and the old teddy bear still tucked in.
