CHAPTER: 6

**MONTH LATER**

"Rick you play too much I got to get ready to see my boys.", I laughed into the phone.

This guy is great. We're the greatest friends. We are always together whenever we have the time. Rick was like my breath of fresh air. We have our days that we play and talk about getting serious but he always playing, so I never seen us getting passed friends.

"Come on now baby, you know I love my light skinned."

Here he go playing again, I thought to myself.

"Quit playing babe, go to work boy bye. And love your punk self too." l ended the call and went to get ready for Mommy Time.

Me: Best friend ! Good Moanin' . Your God Childrens is coming over .

Bestest Bitch: YAAAAAY ! Hurry up bitch tf.

Me: Bitch bye.

I laughed. Making sure I was dressed to impress and ready to go. Slapping Drake Own It towards my baby daddy house. I hate coming over here but I did this move for my kids.

Shay, the boys and I went to the park, we met Marcus there. Cory loved his Uncle Marcus, they were everything when they were together. I was happy to see my babies happy. Today was starting so good I didn't want it to end. I might end my day early and get the boys for a couple of days. I missed them being with me all the time but there's things I did that didn't want to ever put my babies in the middle of.

"Hey sis what you thinking about", Marcus asked while walking over to me.

"Thinking about taken the boys for a couple of days.", I responded with a big smile.

"That's great sis. Finally. Have you come to yo senses yet?"

"No brother. I know what you want and I'm taken this step by step. I love you though.", I tried to make him smile but he wasn't budging.

"Okay Lexi. But yeah get my nephews for a couple of days and bring them over. Thank you sissy pooh.", he laughed. I hated when he called me that.

"Shut up nigga", I said jokingly, while punching him.

We walked over towards the kids.

"ICE CREAM ALL ON UNCLE MARC.", Marcus yelled out.

"Nigga they in your car too.", I said pulling his hair.

"That's cool we don't need mommy."

He picked Jay and Cory up and put them in his car. Yes he has car seats every time he comes sees his nephews because he always taken em. I love that about him.

"Bye meet you at Cold Stones. See you in a bit mommy's babies."

"God Mommy's babies.", Shay yelled before she laughed.

"Bitch whatever lets go."

"We hopped in her BMW and drove off."

My phone was vibrating like I don't know what In my purse so I decided to check it.

Rick and Fendi blew my phone up. I decided to call Fendi first, because Fendi doesn't usually call from her cell phone so I had to figure it out. Rick can wait for a moment.

"Hola", Fendi spoke into the phone.

"Wassup Fendi", I asked.

"Rick came up here but you weren't here, so I didn't know what to do but call you. Tell Marcus that some dude by the name DBoy was looking for him too."

"How does DBoy know my brother? He never mentioned that nigga. Why did Rick go up there?"

"Well Miss Lexi maybe it's because your usually out for lunch at this time."

I looked at my Rolex she was right. "Oh wow, I'm hella stupid I was suppose to go to lunch, look Fendi I'll call you back.", I ended that call and called Rick.

I'm sitting outside of Cold Stones Ice Cream waiting for Rick to answer.

"I'm so sorry can you meet me at Cold Stones pleeeeeeeeaaaaasse."

"Okay baby. Daddy's on his way."

"Bye Rick."

My Ricky Rick was coming. I was starting to get a bit nervous. He's really about to meet all the important people in my life. This is about to get real.

Phone buzzed indicating a text.

Rick : I'm here baby

Me: Look to your right daddies

Our eyes met and I ran over to him. Moments like this I wished never end. I loved the feeling he gives me. He makes me feel loved and wanted. He made me feel like a somebody. I had what Fendi said about Marcus and DBoy on my mind, that's until Rick came and took my mind some where else. My body craved him, but no I won't give it up to him.

I was happy to see him but nervous because my kids were here this is a big deal. We walked over to the table I was smiling hella big because I was excited and anxious.

We get to the table I instantly introduced my brother and kids to Rick.

"Brother this is Rick, Rick this is my brother Marcus".

They shook hands, nothing was said between the two.

"Hey mommy's babies, mommy got a friend I want y'all to meet Jay and Cory this is Rick, Rick these are my sons Cory and Jay."

"Hi Rick", Cory yelled.

"Wassup little man", Rick said shaking his hand.

"Okay okay hiiiiii Rick", Shay yelled.

We all laughed.

"Oh girl hush he met the kids calm down they was gonna get to you.", My brother said.

We all laughed again. These two stay at it.

"Not today y'all. y'all need to admit y'all like each other and stop the shit.", I said.

"Bitch pleaaase", Shay said rolling her eyes.

"Yeah sis no. But enough about that, what's up with y'all?", Marcus added in.

"Nothing we're just cool friends. You doing too much Marcus don't start.", I said blushing.

"We cool bro, I like her company. She's beautiful and I care about her a lot.", Rick added in.

"Awwww how sweet. He feeling my bestest beep. Rick and Lexi sitting in a tree K I S S I N G...", Shay added in, saying beep because the kids were there.

We all started laughing.

"Y'all doing too much, getting on my nerves.", I said blushing but smiling.

"Baby you blushing, it's okay. They know I'm feeling you and I want your sons to know too. Ain't that right little man?", he said talking to Cory giving him a high five.

"Yeah", Cory high fived him back.

We all laughed. This was turning out better than expected. I don't get why Marcus wouldn't say anything to Rick but wasn't really tripping because he is over protective of me. I enjoyed being around all of them at once, it made me feel real good.

We all parted ways and left. Shay took us back to her house so I can get my car and go home. Kids are with me for the next couple of days so business will be runned by my favorites of course Marcus and Shay. When mommy duty calls nothing else matters. I still wanted to find out what's going on between Marcus and DBoy but I'll figure that out when I take the boys back to their dad's.
