It all started with my mom waking me up at 8 in the morning. "Annie, hunny its time to get up," my mom said in a comforting voice. I sit up on my twin size bed fluttering my eyes open and stretching my back. I open my eyes to see my mom standing by my doorway in my forest themed room. "Good morning, happy birthday!" My mom says to me when I sit up. "Thanks, morning," I murmur in my tired voice.
Behind my mom I see my grey and white Pitbull puppy waddling into my room. After waddling for about 2 feet she paws at the side of my bed, indicating she wants to get up. I pick her up and place her on my bed. "Good morning Sky!" I say to her in a joyful tone. She licks my face and wags her tail crazily! "Lets go eat breakfast,"I say to Sky as I pick her up.

I pick up Sky and slide out of bed. I slowly trudge to the hallway, walking the small distance into the dining room. I set Sky down on the tile and she runs over to her purple food bowl filled with puppy food. Then I sit down to a Nutella, strawberry, raspberry, and whipped cream covered crepe. "Thank you mom!" I say with a giant smile on my face. Nutella crepes are my favorite, Dig in! I think to myself.

I put Sky's leash on and my mom opens the door, we then walk to the only park in the town. It takes us less then 5 minutes to walk to Jason Park. The scenery is colorful tulips surrounding six picnic tables while a river is slowly flowing in the background. I see everyone in town (roughly 22 people) with a blue and white frosted chocolate cake sitting on the center picnic table. On another table there is snacks, also on the center table is presents. I couldn't imagine a birthday any other way.
