I still couldn't believe I managed to leave and finally get to New York away from all the nonsense in Canada. knowing there's probably going to be at least one job out there that will employ me with open arms I decided to go to the New York streets and start looking for a job that I hoped would suitably fit correctly for me.

I began searching the local shops and all the normal shops until I got to office managements and companies that probably would never employ someone like me, I'm only seventeen anyway, why would they? they will all think I'm unsuitable or incapable cause I'm not legally enable to.

but I was experienced enough to my own knowledge and I could fit in well wherever I go to.

I get to a coffee shop looking around it, seeing there was a lot of customers lined up in a very long queue, I walked in and straight to the counter teal hoping that someone would accept me in.

"hi, may I help you?" a girl around my age asked kindly "hello, well I saw the sign outside and I was hoping if there's any available-" she cut me off almost excitedly as she linked her arms with mine and pulled me behind the counter as she shut the door "oh my god! of course! your perfect for us! we needed someone exactly like you! welcome!" she squealed excitedly as we welcomingly pulled me inside the 'staff' room.

"my names Anna Benson, I've worked here for three years now, I'm seventeen almost eighteen though" she smiled proudly "wow, that's great, my names Rose Belmont and I'm seventeen, I still go to school and I jus moved here" I smile introducing myself to her and she smiles friendly like.

"well, it's really good to meet you, lets go and introduce you to the rest of the café employees" she tells as she guides me into the lounge where employees can rest or take a break.

"guys, we have a new employee" she grins at the other workers and they all surprisingly smiled excitedly

there was two boys and one girl sitting on the comfy looking sheek leather couch, they stood and made their way to both me and Anna.

"this is Rose Belmont, she's joined to be one of us" Anna introduces me to them all "by the way Rose, were all seventeen, except the boys are both eighteen" she points and I smile nodding at her signalling that I understand the age difference and details she thankfully gave.

"well hello Rose, my names Nathan Lohan" the boy with milk chocolate/dirty blonde hair introduced, he had dark emerald green eyes and a nice tone of olive skin tone.

he shook my hand and kissed my knuckles gently, I liked it but it did make me flinch. I can't blame my past and my belief on boys.

"nice to meet you" he added causing me to smile unexpectedly

he moved back allowing the other boy to shove I and introduce himself too

"hi Rose, my names Ian Juarez" he introduced as he allowed a good view of himself, he was just as good looking as Nathan, he had shaggy blonde hair, much lighter than Nathan himself which made it quite easier to tell the differences between their appearances.

he had the perfect grey stormy steel looking eyes that bored into mine for a second, I could easily lose myself in them.

I smile and nod after knowing him as he walks beside Anna and soon the girl walks towards me.

I was happy cause I thought I could become good friends with the girls, I already felt a pleasing connection with Anna, being with her was a satisfaction, maybe because of her warm friendly side of her and the kind being she is naturally.

I smile and so does she as she walks towards me, giving me a bone crushing hug. "well welcome" she said as she bumped her hip into the side of my bum causing me to erupt with laughter humorously "my names Nina Jenkins" she said as she linked a happy arm with mine causing me to look confused at her
