Issei Hyodou:The Reborn Dragon of Vengeance

This Is Death?

   It has been exactly one month since Issei Hyodou lost the Red Dragon Emperor, Draig. In that time he notice that all of his friends and family began to treat him with a lot more anger than normal. Today he was called for a meeting with the DxD team and was met with glares from his peerage, Sirzechs, Azazel, Vali, Kuroka, and Irina.
   "Issei I no longer want you in my Peerage anymore. Without Draig you are useless and I have no need for useless peerage members," Said Rias with a serious look.
   Issei with a shocked look replys,"but don't you all care about me? Love me?"
   Everyone in the room laughs at Issei cruelly, making his heart drop deeper in his chest. A whisper passes his ears,'Would You Die for me'. Issei shivers and feels a deep anger rise in him.
   "My former rival listen and listen well. To everyone in this room you were only important because you had power. Without that power you are nothing. We all used you for our own personal agenda,"said Vali with his serious look.
   "As a matter of fact, none of the girls from your harem loved you. In fact they were cheating on you with their true loves already,"said Azazel with a leveraged grin.
   Rias and Akeno moved towards Kibas arms, Asia and Kuroka moved towards Vali, Koneko Xenovia and Rossweisse go to Azazel. Issei felt a burning sensation from his heart as the words from the whisper repeat in his ear constantly.
   "You know what's funny as well Issei? We decided to tell your parents about all the things that have been going on and they told us that you were an embarrassment. They moved away, with my help of course, and said do whatever we want to you. No hold him,"said Sirzechs.
   Kiba and Vali instantly disappeared, only to reappear holding both arms of Issei. Issei try's to struggle, however it is useless as Vali is using his Divine Dividing to cut his power in half.
   Rias walks up and places her hand on Isseis chest. When she pulls it back a small portal appears on her hand, and pawn pieces begin to come from Isseis chest. While this is going on Issei yells in pain and begins to thrash in pain.
   Eventually all eight pieces are out of Issei and  He falls to the ground exhausted. The other members in the room look at him with disgust as Sirzechs walks up.
   "Issei Hyodou. You are no longer worthy of being a Devil, and as such you must die. Be grateful I will do it with my own hands. Find it as a reward for all of your work,"said Sirzechs with a small sadistic grin.
   Issei attempts to move but finds his body is to weak to move. He can only look on as the power of destruction kills him. However Issei found something strange. He knew he died, but he feels as if someone is watching him.
   Opening his eyes he can see a ball of light and a ball of darkness. Issei didn't know how but he knew these two were sentient beings. Their powers were beyond anything he ever felt, including the dragon Great Red.
   "Hello Issei Hyodou, I have been expecting you here for quite sometime. Before you ask I am God and this is my son Lucifer,"said the ball of light.
   Isseis jaw dropped as he realized he was in the presence of God and Satan. He tried to figure out what to say but he could not.
   "Before you say anything here the both of us out,"said God in the same kind tone he heard from the Archangels. Issei nods in response.
   "To get it out of the way me and God have never been on bad terms. I was in hell to take the work load off of my father. All the devils you saw were my enforcers to help me. But unfortunately he'll became peaceful, and he'll is meant to be a punishment for the wicked.
   I lost control and attempted to regain it with my three loyal enforcers. However a civil war took place and I was slain. I came to this purgatory and have watched since then,"said Lucifer.
   "I attempted to go to hell and bring it back to how it should be, however they had a shapeshifter look like my son. I attempted to bring order back,but I caused a war. The devils didn't know that they were following a fake. The fallen joined in after Azazel joined Sirzechs and attempted to take my life.
   "Angels followed him and became fallen when they believed his lies of me being evil. I fought a three way war and was slain by the fake Lucifer, only to see him be killed by Sirzechs. I have been here watching my creations destroy themselves,"said God
   "Now we have been watching you grow and improve. We like you and disagree with your death. Now we brang you to purgatory with the last of our powers from this world to let you bring out the true word of god. Kill the men who have corrupted ever realm and lead them back to prosperity. By the way that includes Ophis and Great Red."
   Issei looked at the two orbs shocked. He didn't know how to respond. This was without a doubt the weirdest death ever.
   "But without the power of Boosted Gear, I am not strong enough to do it,"said Issei sadly.
   "That is why we are going to give you the power of both Heavenly Dragons and power them up beyond the Great Red and Ophis with the power you took from them. By the way it will be your magic, instead of sacred gear this time,"said Lucifer.
   Suddenly a light engulfed Issei and his magic flared beyond that of Great Red and Ophis combined. His back felt pain and suddenly his back had 16 wings, angel on the left, devil on the right.
