Chapter Five

     I skipped into the house, a big smile plastered on my face. I walked through the living room and headed towards Cole's office; if he was anywhere he'd be there. As I got closer I could hear his sexy voice, my body trembling from just the sound of it. As I stood outside the door I was able to make out several other voices, he was obviously in the middle of a meeting. Not wanting to interrupt I turned to leave.

"Hey Strawberries, why are you hanging around outside my office?" I heard Cole ask, making me jump out of my skin.

I spun around quickly to face him.

"I wasn't hanging around. I was just going to pop in and say hello but when I noticed you were busy I decided to come back later," I said stepping closer to him, the sight of him getting me all worked up.

"Is that so?" he asked.

"Yep," I replied, popping the 'p' as I ran my fingertips down his chest.

"Mmmm, you smell good," he replied leaning in closer.

As his lips grew closer to mine I pressed my finger to them before he reached me.

"Tut tut Cole, I'm pretty sure there are quite a few people in there that'll be waiting for you to return," I said trying to step back, but he grabbed me roughly by the waist, making a moan escape my lips.

"You my dear have no idea what you are doing to me right now," he said as his hands slipped down from my waist and gripped my backside.

"Oh, but I do," I replied with a teasing smile.

"You're going to get yourself into serious trouble if you carry on like that," he whispered into my ear huskily.

"I'm counting on it," I whispered back pressing myself into him.

He groaned quietly before letting me go and taking a small step back.

"You'll regret that later," he growled grabbing my backside again.

Rising up on to my tiptoes I kissed up the column of his neck until I reached his ear, I nipped at it quickly before leaning away. A hungry growl rumbled in his chest, making my body tingle all over. As tempted as I was to drag him up to our room, I knew he had to get back to work. Closing my eyes, I tried once more to control myself.

"Down boy, you can punish me later," I said going up on my tip toes again, I kissed him and took his bottom lip between my teeth.

I knew it was wrong to tease him, but I just couldn't help myself. Before he could do anything, I hurried away blowing him a kiss over my shoulder.

Later that afternoon I found myself sat out on the decking with a mug of hot chocolate. I had been trying to keep myself busy, to keep my mind off of it. I was fidgety, desperately hoping that the doctor was right. I had never wanted anything more; I just couldn't wait to tell Cole. I knew if I had told him earlier he would have marched straight upstairs and would never let me out. The thought of it did make me smile but if that were to happen nothing else would get done. My mind began to wonder over all the things he could do to me later on. A small moan escaped my lips as my thoughts got a little carried away.

"Damn Ray, that's what bedrooms and showers are for," I heard someone say from behind me, making me jump and spill my hot chocolate all over myself.

"Shit!" I cursed as I jumped up, the hot liquid scolding my skin.

"Oh, sorry Ray, here let me help you," Helena said waddling over to me with a tea towel in her hand.

"Hi Helena, how was the shopping trip?" I asked as I took off my big baggy jumper.
