Young and At Orphanage.
"What are we gonna do with you two? You must be tired of these lectures. I know I'm tired of giving them. Now you have to stay here with me instead of going on the retreat with everyone else," The annoying Nun said.
"I don't care!" Nate said as I laid beside him while he was sitting in the edge of the bed.
"Yes, that is the crux of your problem,"
"I don't see why we're the only ones being punished-"
"Because you started the fight and she fought the hardest and broke a lamp,"
"He wouldn't give Nate back his book!" I say as Nate says something similar.
"I told you to leave those books in your room. You only have yourself to blame,"
"Doesn't give him the right to just snatch it from me," He says annoyed.
"Does that give you the right to start throwing punches?"
"Kinda" I mumble.
"It wasn't just about the book..."
"What was it, then?" She asks, walking back over.
"Nothing. I'll save it for confession."
She starts to leave, but turns and looks at Nate," No matter how hard I try, You seem insistent on going down the same, sad road as your bother and taking Louisiana with you. What a waste!"
I growl, "It's Rebel..."
She glares at me," Good night Louisiana. "She leaves.
We see flashing through the window. We run over and smile before looking at each other, "Sam!" We say at the same exact time. We lift the window up and climb out.
"I see you," Nate says talking to himself.
We climb up to a slightly higher roof and them we have to climb on an air conditioner unit and scale the wall. We then slide down part the roof and walk over to a open window.
"Nice and quiet, Reb," He say to me. I nod.
We climb in and walk slowly and carefully. We hide behind a door and listen to a conversion between the bitchy nun and the priest.
"Isn't it our job to help boys and girls like him?" He ask.
"In the meantime, I'm neglecting the other dozen boys under my care. And Louisiana is the only girl who doesn't act like a girl here,"
The priest sighs," What do you want me to do?"
"You know my opinion,"
"Well... I'm not ready to give up on them yet,"
"You can't keep avoiding it!"
"Look, I'll... talk to him in the morning..."
"Good night, Father,"
"Good night, Sister Catherine,"
The priest walks in one room while Sister Catherine walks in another. We go in the same one as Sister Catherine and hide behind a shelf. We then hide behind another shelf till she looks out the window and starts smoking. We roll over to a different shelf and move so we are directly in front the window.
"Sister Catherine?"
"oh darn." she mumbles.
"Sister Catherine, I've forgotten my keys again. Can you open the gate for me?"
"Coming, Father," She says and we climb out the window.
Sam is on a higher roof. Nate is in front of me and slightly breaks the drain pipe that we need to climb on.
