Have you ever wondered what it really meant to have a family?
The dictionary definition is a group consisting of parents and children living together in a household.
But sometimes family doesn't feel like home. Sometimes family doesn't feel like family.
Taylor had the definition of a family before, but they died the typical death of a hunter. Went on a hunt and didn't come back when Taylor was 12. It's only been two years without her parents, and her 18 year old brother Nathan raising her on his own. While he occasionally went on hunts from time to time.
After what happened with their parents Nathan never allowed Taylor to hunt with him. He would make her stay back and do all the research, not that she really minded though. It was what she was good at, considering the fact that she spoke many languages thanks to her father.
After that night her parents died she'd been having these nightmares. Some she could tell were just dreams, others were so real she'd wake up with scars on her back or the palm of her hands. They started to worry him, over the years they became more and more frequent. Now they happened every night, everytime she closed her eyes for more than a second she saw things.
When the men from one of her nightmares suddenly shows up at her school the day after a girl dies, Taylor goes against her brothers orders and goes to investigate them. Unaware that these suspicious men are about to become her new family.
A/N I you haven't seem season 4 which is where this begins then I don't recommend reading unless you like spoilers then by my guest. Also cover is temporary until I can find someone to make me a better one.
