Rules & Payments + a SPECIAL agreement!

READ THE SPECIAL AGREEMENT BELOW, OKAY? OKAY. Hello, I don't have my own style/theme when it comes to editing.. it is because I want the outcome to be just as what the customer really wanted/is expecting to be.

NOTE: THIS PAGE IS JUST REALLY SHORT. SO DON'T BE LAZY TO READ THIS WHOLE AGREEMENT. READ THE RULES AND PAYMENTS BEFORE REQUESTING. I MAY OR MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR FORMS. I'M SORRY.

Your wish is my command.
-I'll edit your cover based on the demands that you wrote in your submitted form.
-So please, don't be too complicated and complete the payments.

Requests are unlimited.
-You could request book covers as much as you want but it must be for your own story only.
-You should submit the forms one by one, and I'll make them one after one.

Redos are okay with me :)
-You could ask me for a redo if you don't like it.
-Honest comments are highly appreciated.
-Also, I need your votes! (hihihihi)

So here are the rules and payments!

~RULES:

- Your book must be published with at least 5 parts excluding the intro/preface/blurb/prologue.

- Don't request from other shop if you're also going to request from me.

- Submit your form clearly so that I could accept your request.

- Complete the payments after I'll accept your request.

- Only submit your request form here.

- Do not claim my work as yours.

~PAYMENTS:

(1) Mention me in the description of your book. Credit me that I created your book cover, and please, make my username right.

(2) Add this book in your reading list.

(3) Follow me, a permanent one.

~and if you want to request AGAIN, here's the payments:

(1) Dedicate a chapter for me.

(2) Invite at least 3 friends of yours (those who really need a book cover) to request here at my shop. You could either pm them or tag them at the comment sections.

(3) Don't forget to credit me.

IF YOU'LL BREAK A RULE, IF YOU WON'T COMPLETE THE PAYMENTS, AND IF YOU'LL CHEAT ON ME, I'LL INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN MY BLACK LIST WHERE I'LL CURSE YOU FOR MY WHOLE LIFE. YES, I AM A WITCH. WELL I'M STILL GONNA FIND IT OUT. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ASHAMED, DO YOU? SO JUST DON'T DARE TO BE A LOSER.
