chapter 1

Suddenly their was a knock at the Door. "I'll get it". Said max.

"Ok son". Said his dad. Max opened the door.

"Huh dad it's a person, a boy". He said. The boy looked sideways like he was sad. "Oh is he ok". Thought max feeling bad and curios. The dad went to the front door.

"Oh max this is Sam he is ur age he got separated from his parents". Said the dad. "Come on in Sam ". Said the dad.  "Uh why don't u two get to know eachother also he is a vampire max". Said the dad. The dad walked upstairs.

"U-uh h-hi". Said max blushing.

"Hi?..". Said sam annoyed already. "Um lets just get this straight I'm not here for u I'm here to wait to find my parents so leave   mee       ALONE". Said sam. Max was hurt. Sam went to hid in a corner in grieve.  Max got frustrated.

"Look I know ur sad but I'm not gonna give up with u. U aren't here for friends but that doesn't mean u shouldn't even try to have friends". Said max.

"Ugh that was soooooo.. corny but seriously LEAVE ME ALONE u don't know how I feel". Said sam.

"Ugh no im not leaving imma try to help u feel better". Said max. " I just wanna help". Said max.

"Grrr leave Mr alone plz". Shouted sam. He transformed into a bat a flew away. Max looked for him on the roof and saw him at the ground. Sam ran from him. It was almost sundown. Max jumped into the ground and landed deep in it. He was next to sam.

"Look I'm just trying to help". Said max ad the were running in a circle.

"Then stop trying". Said sam as the were running in a circle. Max stopped.

"Grrrrrrr FINE I will stop. IM JUST TRYING TO HELP. My mom died and u don't see me grieving as much as u.". Max said crying. It was night time now and raining. " I try to be happy but inside I'm dying from sadness I do know how it feels but worse". Max said crying. "Ughh nvm u probably don't even care". Max said crying. He walked down the wet road his ears and tail drooped.

"Wait max". Sam said. Max stopped and turned.

"What". He said.

"I-i-i- m-m s-so-sorry ". He stuttered. He walked up to him. Max still crying just walked. Max stopped. Then hugged sam. Sam blushed. Then hugged back. They walked home. They got home and sam went in the bed that was like a bunk bed but was with no bottom bunk as was attached to the wall so u are right below the ceiling. Max changed clothes and went were he was.

"G-gah what are u doing up here this is my bed". Said max blushing.

"No this is my bed". Sam said blushing.

"Forgot to tell u guys u have to share a bed". Said the dad.

"What". They said.

"Or someone can sleep on the couch". The dad said.

"I will it's fine sam". Max said.

"U sure". Said sam.

"Ya". Max said. They went to sleep.

Max woke up and looked to the side to see sam. "G-ahh". He said blushing. Sam was still asleep.

"U two get up its time for school get ready". Said the dad.
