Kyra was distracted when the doorbell rung, she ran to the front door to answer it. "WHO IS IT!" she yelled trying to see who it was, looking through the peephole. Kyra heard a voice hollering, "Girl It's hot as hell out here open the damn door". Hearing the voice she knew that it could only be one person and one person only. Kyra opened the door to see Brittany, her best friend since grade school standing at her door with her noise turned up.
"Wassup girl" Brittany said, inviting herself inside the well decorated condominium and sitting on the arm of black leather couch."Nothing much just been chilling here and doing some research", she explained.
"About what?" Brittany questioned
."Some talent agencies. You know I've always been the one dreaming big since I knew what a dream was." Kyra Laughed.
"Girl you ain't the only one, I been dreamin' to catch me one of those ball players every since high school.",Brittany responded In a serious manner but laughing.
"What dreams you got other than that Brittany?", Kyra asked.
"Just wait and don't be hatin' on my game plan."
"Hatin'.Oh is that right?" she asked sizing her friend up.
Kyra was contemplating whether or not if she should tell Brittany about what she was planning on doing. She didn't know if her friend would want to be there for her. she really didn't want Brittany to question her thinking. But she decided to tell here anyways .
" Anyways I Gotta Show You Something.",walking over to the computer she motioned Brittany to come over and then pointing at the screen.
Brittany asked in confusion, "What is this?"Staring at the big Bold letters wording, South Beach.
"Its a agency in Malibu ........ I wanna move there."Kyra hesitated.
Brittany said in stern voice, "Girl you cant leave me here."
"I wouldn't leave my best-est friend here to struggle with these broke ass niggas tryna support a bitch when they ain't even got they own shit right." Kyra had a wide smirk on her face and then blurted into laughter, Brittany joined in and they embraced tightly.
Brittany asked "So when you tryna get outta here?"
Kyra responded, "Girl I really don't know but I aint gon' take me too long to figure it out."
